They were so knowledgeable about how to proceed and they handled everything that needed to be done behind the scenes (which took a huge load off of us). They would offer design suggestions, but they always left the final decision to us. No pressure to do it their way. We took a lot of their suggestions because of their knowledge and skills. But sometimes we wanted things to be different. They were always willing to work with us. Booked a room for my little sister's 10th birthday party, went in and headed straight to the pool…read moremy mother who booked the reservation had not yet checked in but my other sister and niece was already waiting in the pool area, as i was walking there she was very hostile towards my aunt and me i said fine i'll wait in the lobby and she proceeded to yell at us and see we needed to leave the property.
