Things are laid out very well here, so it's really fun to look around at the different items and styles! Things are easily organized by type of products you are looking for, and there's plenty of room to walk around looking, and see all angles of the items for sale. This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! Since I'm inept but curious, I spent about 3 hours attempting minor fixes after becoming a youtube expert. Finally about midnight I couldn't take the heat, so I got out of the kitchen, drove to a gas station, grabbed overpriced-ice, and hoped the coolers I found in my garage would keep the things cold enough until a professional could fix what I couldn't. When my wife and I called around in the morning, shame was replaced by panic because the first place couldn't get us in until next Tuesday. I should mention that the freezer had been completely full of bagged breastmilk, which probably have a street value of about 100 Bitcoin, and they were outside in old dirty coolers not even fit for Busch Light. Paul called us back, said he had time around 4pm, and even showed up early (with a courtesy heads up call) and got us up and running (sorry for the terrible pun) by 5pm. The breastmilk was still frozen, the wife was happy, the charge was less than I expected, and Paul even made me feel like I wasn't a complete moron because it needed a part that I couldn't have MacGyvered. It was like a real winner winner frozen dinner. I saved his information in my phone and will be ready the next time my freezer has a melt down. He brought my freezer back to life, and saved me and countless millions worth of breastmilk from getting thrown out.

He joked ( and reassured me at the same time) , " I don't need no stinkin' manual!". Indeed he didn't. Highly recommended.

Needless to say, we call the company immediately and wanted a refund minus the service call and they said he only charged us a fee of 79.99 but it was quite obvious that they is something shady with this company. He aggressively removed the parts, shelves and drawers from the refrigerator and even scratched one of the drawers with a knife while attempting to scrape off ice. When I stepped away briefly to get the upfront service call payment, I returned to find him eating our grapes from a bowl on the counter. When questioned, he simply commented that the grapes were "really good." He informed me that he needed to leave to get a part and would return within two hours, which would've been around 3:00pm. Around 4:00pm, he texted my husband to apologize and stated he would arrive around 5:00pm. At 5:30pm, after my husband reached out again, the technician replied that he was finishing his last job and would arrive shortly. He ultimately did not return until 6:30pm. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional, and we will not be recommending or using this company again.

What I was most impressed with was the great communication and service I received from this company. I felt like I was not just a customer but a personal friend the way they treated me. They provided us with 3 refrigerators that were all faulty in one way or another. We hadn't even lived in our brand new home for a week and had gone through 3 fridges from this place. When the last one broke the owner "Sheila" told me it wasn't her problem and to call GE. She was very hostile and hung up on me like a child. Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there. We dealt with many people while building our home and not one treated us the way Harman did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Beware all buyers, go elsewhere!

On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me.
