All-Appliance was great to work with on the repair of my LG fridge. They diagnosed a compressor failure on the phone and ordered the parts right away, so when the technician showed up a day later he had the necessary parts and could complete the repair. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Added bonus: the parts were covered under warranty. Even though All-Appliance was recommended by trusted friends, we called some other repair companies. All wanted to come out before they would order parts, and none could get a tech here for several days to start the process. Not great when all your food is spoiling! All Appliance Service was great and I will call them for all my repair needs from now on! read more

I called first thing this morning for someone to fix the freezer portion of our LG refrigerator. After the exchange of a lot of information, she put me on hold for many minutes and said they didn't have the right part (without ever even seeing our refrigerator) and she would call me back when she found the part and someone to install it. Five hours later, I called them back thinking maybe I missed her call and she said "0h yeah, let me put you on hold for a quick moment" which turned into 11 mins on hold. She then said they couldn't get the part until the end of the week and the earliest they could do an appt was IN ONE WEEK. Not acceptable. The only good thing was that she was very pleasant on the phone. Sadly, "pleasant" doesn't get my refrigerator fixed. If that's the best they can do, I cannot recommend All Appliance Repair. The refrigerator is less than 4 years old. Pretty sure parts are still available. Very frustrating. read more

Bought a dishwasher with a bad motor. Under warranty all appliance came out and fixed it. Appliance works fine now. Sadly the tech said they don't come out to Missouri valley. The only reason they came this time was because whirlpool paid them double their rate. All Appliance is leaving a lot of potential business on the table by ignoring Harrison County. Should get 5 stars but their attitude about our community only rates them one. read more

I have to admit that I'm surprised by some of the low marks this company shows here. I'm a fairly critical old S.O.B., and I have nothing but praise for the service that All Appliance gave me. Perhaps it's in the tech they send. All Appliance Services is the Maytag / Whirlpool Warranty Repairman in Omaha. They sent Dave to repair my refrigerator. I was impressed. Dave was both pleasant and professional. He arrived first thing on the scheduled day, with the necessary part in hand. I scheduled services for my Maytag washer and dryer units. I did receive helpful feedback on the dryer. However was told to try additional cleaning method for the washer and they could not remove the agitator without breaking it and that would cost ME more money to replace. What sort of repair company works like this? They cannot perform the steps to repair without breaking a part and then charge me to replace said part? I'm also attaching two photos of how messed up they left the laundry area. Tossed my items all over the floor, left vent lint on the floor, and didn't place units back. Unbelievable to leave an area worse than you found it. I would never hire such a person and I definitely would not recommend this company based on this experience. read more

Given nearly 80% of their reviews are one star, that has to tell you something about the company. Honestly, I don't believe the 3 positive ratings. Their technician came out to fix a decorative plastic ring on cooktop knob. He was literally here for 5 minutes, and said it was just not stuck down hard enough for the adhesive. That was it. Charged us $111 which was supposed to be covered by our warranty (that's another story). By the time we found out the it was not covered the "30 day All Appliance warranty" had passed. I pleaded with their contact person to reconsider since the plastic ring was still broken. Quote: "I'm sorry but I have to charge you another service call I have no choice (I took exception to the last 4 words). I ask her to have the owner call me back. Just take a wild guess as to whether or not he called back? read more

I found this company very frustrating. First, they cancelled one appointment made me another of course in those time frames of 8-12, the guy shows up at 1150. I had given them exactly the problems what parts they would need, serial numbers when I booked the appointment, yet the guy shows up with his iPad, listens again to the issues, felt for dryer drum, mother board for dishwasher and motor for turntable on microwave. Does not open any appliance or look, test anything tells me part not available for dishwasher so needs replacement, he will need to order felt for dryer (why then I spend my time telling them serial numbers and part needed before he came), microwave will be ridiculous amount to fix (more than buying a new). He spends more time on his iPad creating my bill of $250 for his services of that day. What services? They will call me when part comes in and again charge for their service to put in. Is this how all service companies work now? Not a happy customer. read more

Something goes wrong ... hmm ... who to call? Ok ... the first time I needed repairs it was do to a lightning strike last summer. I had no land line, no internet, no smart phone (this one by choice not the lightning - ha), but I did remember their commercial. You know the one with the cheer leaders "Call ALL - APPLIANCE!" A friend looked up their BBB rating and I called them straight away. They were great ... repaired what we needed and gave us advise beyond the repairs. So when our dishwasher sprung a leak and began to rattle we called them again. Very friendly and not only were they on time, they were EARLY! Friendly as always and knowledgeable they even managed to order in a part and repair the dishwasher before Christmas. We will use them again if the need arises! read more

This place is ATE UP! It is very unorganized. Do not schedule with them. This is my first ever review. Not common for me to do things of this sort but it was done for a reason. I made an appointment for them to come out and service my appliance. The Monday comes and they say "we don't have you scheduled." They insisted that they had me scheduled the next day, Tuesday. I called the maker of my appliance and they confirmed the appointment. Was on Monday. Well made another appointment for another day. Yep! No shows. Took another day off that they had confirmed they would make it. The male said no we never spoke. He said he had me scheduled for the Monday. Ahhhhh! The Monday that he said we didn't have the appointment. Crazies! Sad! He even went to say that they only get a flat fee for fixing appliances. Think again before booking them. read more

I had a service appointment from 8am-12pm scheduled through Whirlpool. The technician called me at 8:30am and said he would be to my house from 1pm-3pm. So after adjusting my workday to accommodate HIS schedule, I waited all day with no technician showing up. I called the office to ask where the technician was, and they said I was marked as a "no-show" because *I* never confirmed the appointment. How a 8-12 appointment time gets changed to a 1-3 is questionable, but then the office manager puts the blame on me for not confirming when they weren't even going to uphold the original appointment time? I would steer clear of this outfit. read more

We built a new home with an appliance package from All Appliance. According to our builder (Al Belt Homes) the appliances were an upgrade. I can tell you the appliance package which included a Frigidaire dishwasher model FGID2476SFOA is not the case. We placed a call into ALL Appliance as the home warranty company (Ferguson) passed on the request to have the RH top rack adjusted as it would not extend properly. We were told the warranty would not apply as the racking system was not covered by said warranty and charged 98.80 for the service call which was an adjustment on stops on upper rack. If this dishwasher was installed properly by All Appliance this would have not been an issue. I spoke with Dawn at All Appliance who simply stated this was not covered by warranty. Again if this was installed and check in accordance with a process to ensure quality installation this would have not even been an issue. It is my opinion if your in the market for appliances you need to stay clear of All Appliance Service Company. If you are building a home and your builder purchases through this company either negotiate with your builder for another provider or simply get a different builder. read more

I called for service on my ice maker, which wasn't working. They came out and replaced it for almost $500. This did not fix the problem. They came back out , charging me another $90 for another part. This too did not fix the problem. I kept calling and they would come out and try to fix it. They eventually figured out the problem. When I questioned the cost of the parts I paid for that I didn't need, they never returned my calls. I even left messages for and text the owner, he never returned any call. read more

I was set up to use All Appliance through a warranty company. They give a five hour window as to when they will be there for your appointment. Supposed to call 15 minutes ahead. I received a message 8 minutes before the technician said he would be at my house. I called back to tell him it would take me longer than 8 minutes to get home however he did not answer the call. I dropped everything at work to run home. He was pulling out of my drive when I pulled in. I called again. No answer. Left a message that I was home and saw him pulling out of my drive. I called the company number and they said he was on to his next job and that he would have to swing back by later. This company makes things very difficult for working people, and does not respect others time. I will never use this company again. I am calling the warranty company to get a different company to do repairs for us. read more

These guys are crooks. I'm not sure how they are still in business! I scheduled service call for my washer and asked them to look at my dishwasher and dryer while here. The tech wiggled the drum in my washer and told me I needed a new washer. He listened to my dryer for less than 15 seconds and told me to buy a new dryer, it's old. He then hooked up a code reader to my dishwasher and couldn't get a code to read, so he "assumed" it was a water outlet valve. He then charged me for 3 service calls! I called to complain and the owner\manager never called me back. CROOKS! read more

I recently used All Appliance in August of 2016. A microwave tray was ordered ($100 tray for a brand new build in $200 microwave, not their fault but none the less expensive for a glass plate) and a brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator which was leaking in the interior. The tech came out, the first time, could not figure out what was wrong or where the leak was coming from, so he adjusted the temperature and suggested that the kids might be being leaving the door open too much, causing the leak. A week later, I called again because the leak was still leaking, and also asked, since he was on his way here anyway, if he could bring the $100 glass tray for the microwave I had ordered earlier to save a trip to their shop. I was told that was no problem, with no mention of a delivery fee, and he was already on the schedule to make his way here. Much to our dismay, upon arrival, he had the glass tray, but not the part he needed and had to make an additional trip back to the shop to retrieve said part to finish the leak issue. They now want to charge a delivery fee for the glass tray. In November I emailed, respectfully explaining that since there was no mention at any time of any delivery fee and the tech was already on his way, if they would waive the fee. I heard nothing, nor the courtesy of a return email, phone call or any correspondence, except a bill, with the delivery fee, a late notice, a late fee and threat of going to collections. I am not impressed with the service, or the lack of communication and will not be using All Appliance again. read more

Called All Appliance back in Feb to repair our Neputune Maytag washing machine and we were told that we needed a new control board. Finally the board came in July. When it was put in, the machine still would not spin. Repair man said that since we had not used the machine for six months, the motor was probably bad. He was supposed to call us on Monday, but after leaving messages it took another week. Finally we took the machine to their shop so they could work on it at their convenience and three weeks later, still no washing machine! read more

My grandfather had a simple water line on his fridge that needed replaced. You can go to the hardware store and probably buy the line for $15.00 tops. They charged him for service call, a knock on your door fee, and only worked on the fridge for less than 10 minutes for a total of $100.58. thats $10 a minute. My grandfather asked him on the phone if it would be more than a $100 to get everything done. They said no on the phone. Then when the guy was finished he told me how much it was. I told him to take his water line back and hit the door. He proceeded to say that im refusing service and was calling the cops. It wasn't refusal of service it was me saying to take all his stuff back and get out of the house. This company is bad business. read more

This place is a joke and this is how this place works: If you are under warranty you drop to the bottom of the list. They have excuse after excuse why they cant make it out or why they dont have the part. Dont be suprised if they take 60 days or longer to get t you. Now if you are NOT under warranty have to pay to have them come out- they are happy bring you to the top of the list and the rates are not that great. We had a refrigerator, bought at Menards, needing warranty service. I contacted All Appliance and they sent a technician to service it. I did have to make two calls, as the first call was never entered in their scheduling routine and they couldn't find my contact. Unfortunately that caused me to wait around half a day for nothing. After my second contact, they sent a Tech (Steve, I think) who arrived on time for the appointment. He found a wire disconnected in the freezer compartment that was the source of the problem. He also and thoroughly checked the whole machine before leaving. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service. read more

I recently called to schedule with this company for a washing machine repair. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning between 8 and noon. The technician never showed up so I called and was told that I wasn't in their system and did not have an appointment. The appointment was confirmed over the phone but apparently never made it into their system. I was told they could "maybe squeeze me in" the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was out in the field and if I wanted to speak to them I would have to call back sometime before 8:30am. Very poor customer service and extremely unreliable. I would not recommend this company. read more

I needed a replacement door for a microwave because the handle broke off in less than 1 year. They showed up with a different brand, different size door. An additional 8 weeks later I still have no door. If these are the warranty people for your new appliance, buy a different appliance. I can't imagine worse service. read more

On September 7th, I called as prompted by Whirlpool to order doors for my (purchased in December) refrigerator. The agent got the refrigerator model number from me, but then called again moments later with confusion about the doors i was ordering. Apparently, they were not showing up in her information. I asked if the serial number would help. She said no. Needed to check with someone else in the morning to finish the order. They would call back. When i didn't hear from them, i called back and was told yes the doors were ordered. It would take 6-8 weeks. After that time had passed, i called again and was told the same it takes 6-8 weeks. Each call they looked up my name, address and phone number. I explained it had been longer. She said it might take longer, but they had been ordered. Yesterday, 3 months after "initial order date", I was instructed to call Whirlpool to light a fire under them. After over an hour on the phone with Whirlpool it was clear, no order had ever been turned in. In fact, they questioned why All Appliance didn't visit the house to determine the problem and see the unit. T In a second 30 minute phone call with Whirlpool, it was determined the rep at All Appliance had been confused about which doors were needed they didn't match their schematics, and indeed had never been ordered. Whirlpool says the doors have now been ordered, they are custom made and may take 6-8 weeks (well past our one year warranty). They claim All Appliance will install the doors on our refrigerator. In a brief call to a representative at All Appliance late yesterday, I was told the the doors were simply "reordered". No mention of mistakes or confusion on their part. Hopefully out replacement doors show up and they are installed properly. I am sure more phone calls from us, will be necessary to take care of this situation. At best, it looks like it will be 6 months time from initial phone call to install of the doors. read more

Repairman Kevin was nice but somewhat clueless as to why washer was giving error message; stated he could not replicate. Offered to replace other parts on washer since it was under warrenty and the repairs would be free. Lo and behold, once he left the 1st time, the washer gave us the error mssg again. When Kevin came out to replace the parts, he 'discovered' the reason why we were getting the error mssg was a drain pump (low drain alarm anyone??). Now this part had to be ordered. It has been 2 weeks and still no repair. With 5 people in 1 house, I have had to use (ick) laudromat. We MIGHT get a repair sometime between 8 & 3 if they can fit us in, otherwise we will have to wait another few days. Forget it. read more

Very poor customer service. The original repair did not fix our issue. They said they would come back and replace another part, but never contacted us again and closed the ticket. We were charged $300 for a repair that did not fix anything. They also scratched up and dented the front of our washer. The service manager is the only one that has any authority and is impossible to get a hold of and does not give refunds. After ~4 months of phone calls and miscommunication between the back office and technicians, they replaced a different part which still did not fix the issue. My washer is currently leaking worse than it was before they got involved along with some nice new dents and scratches. read more

I would like to state, that I have never left a poor review on anything. I understand things happen. I have done years of customer service. I get the fact that sometimes things just go wrong. Well, this may be the first time that I have actually hit my limit. I have yet to have a single interaction with this company that was acceptable. My Dishwasher is not working, so I call Whirlpool to have it fixed as it is less than two months old. They Send these guys out. They advise me that the valve is broken, so they order a new one and said they will install it the next week. Well, they never came the next week and said they forgot, so they sent a tech out the week after. The part was not an issue, and they told me that it was the valve under the sink. So I replace the valve under the sink and it still does not fix the dishwasher. So whirlpool sent them out the next week for Friday. They did not call, they did not show up. So I contact whirlpool again... who sets them up for this week on Wensday. I call on Wensday and was advised that they are scheduled to come out on Friday. I verify today (Friday at 4:30) that they are, in fact, coming, since they haven't called. They advised that the tech will be here no later than 5. Well, they did not call... and the Tech did not show up. To sum it up. This journey has been almost a month, and I have been left without help for three weeks. read more

These folks are Maytag approved and they are a joke. Had a warranty repair that was started Aug 26. They had not called or come back on Sept 26. When I called them they made up some excuse why. They came out with the wrong part Oct 1. Said oops but didn't tell when they would be back out. Talked with Phil and he offered no apology and acted pissed at me for questioning what was going on. Asked that he call me back on my cell. He called back the home number for whatever reason. Asked Maytag if someone else could come out. They said no. I called Maytag Oct 4 at 3:45 and tried again to get resolution. They said we were on the schedule for the 4th yet All State had not called me, my wife or our house. So they lied to Maytag too. i filed a complaint and within 30 mins they called and said they would be out that day. They did fix the fridge after 3 trips and 41 days. If I wasn't forced into using these guys I would NEVER LET THEM IN MY HOUSE. read more
