Took my microwave into have it fixed..it was a trial and error process which involved me re-installing and un-installing several times..BUT..Charlie was very committed to solving the issue..and like they say..3rd time is a charm! It's working GREAT and they saved me BIG $s from having to buy a new one! (Side benefit is I'm now really great at installing microwaves!) They were so apologetic and never charged me for more than was initially agreed upon! Chris meticulously took apart the entire machine, replaced all the valves and seals and had it running like it was new (maybe better than new) in no time. Brought it in, he disassembled it, and recommended that I take it to Industrial Plating to get refinished, brought it back to Myers when done and he reassembled it to exacting standards. Love these guys! Found out about them from my beautician. Took some clipper blades to be sharpened, and was very pleased with the results. Had one set of blades with issues, they didn't even charge us for trying to sharpen them. Then took an old waffle iron to them, and they quickly (and not a large fee) fixed it. As I was preparing for last years taxes, I came across a receipt from Myers Electric and I was reminded of how pleased I was with the service and repair of our piece of spa equipment. In short, it prompted me to leave a review/rating. I rarely review, but this small business was so helpful and fair with their pricing that I felt it was warranted. I had taken a stone warmer with a broken switch to them. It was a rather expensive but now no longer produced piece of equipment. Even though they did not have a switch in stock, they spent a few weeks locating one that would fit with the stainless steel case and had it fixed within a couple of days of the receiving the switch. In a time where it seems every repair is super inflated, the charge for this repair was extremely reasonable.
