On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. I would steer clear of this company for appliance repairs of any kind.

We had done the normal cleaning for the unit as you find on the internet. The answer we got for $125 is that we needed to buy some cleaner from Dollar Tree and it should clear it up. We will leave ticket open so we called home repair company to have them comeback out. We did not due proper cleaning. My be his side catering is much better. He uses the same cleaner on his dishwasher to degrease it.

Five hours later, I called them back thinking maybe I missed her call and she said "0h yeah, let me put you on hold for a quick moment" which turned into 11 mins on hold. She then said they couldn't get the part until the end of the week and the earliest they could do an appt was IN ONE WEEK. Not acceptable. The only good thing was that she was very pleasant on the phone. Sadly, "pleasant" doesn't get my refrigerator fixed. If that's the best they can do, I cannot recommend All Appliance Repair. The refrigerator is less than 4 years old. Pretty sure parts are still available. Very frustrating.
