Cade arrived on time dressed well, and Smelled good and immediately took the time to explain in detailed what would be done and answer ALL of my questions. It was clear they were very knowledgeable about both systems. They worked efficiently, ensuring that both my AC and furnace were fully checked and properly maintained. What stood out the most was professionalism and attention to detail. They made sure to clean up after the job, leaving no mess behind, and provided me with helpful tips to keep everything running smoothly until the next service. My home is already feeling more comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing my systems are in top condition. I highly recommend Cade and Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs. I WILL definitely be calling again for future maintenance!

Dishonest and Unethical Practices This company attempted to…read morescam my daughter her husband and 3 young children 2 of them under 5 years old and her home warranty provider. They falsely claimed her furnace had a crack and submitted photos of a completely different unit. Their estimate was more than $4,000 higher than the cost of a new furnace. When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Extremely deceptive business practices. I would give zero stars if possible

On that first visit, he was able to uncover that the new (but very old home) we'd just purchased actually had a 20 year old furnace, when we were told it was around 12-13 years old. He and his team installed a new one for us within a half a day, and have since returned to do additional maintenance on various pieces of our HVAC system, including an AC tune up, rerouting some vents for a minor kitchen remodel. They have consistently been easy to get ahold of, straightforward in pricing and workmanship and we easily recommend them to our friends and family!

We had been noticing a decline in our A/C output since July - it wasn't getting as cold as it…read moreshould have been in the house. It really came to a head last week when we couldn't get it below 81 inside at the peak heat of the day even though the outside temp didn't break 90. The system is less than 3 years old, so I was frustrated and I was hot. I did my own self-troubleshooting on my own and cleaned the coils outside (which had a lot of caked-on stuff) and researched a lot online of what it could be. After I tried everything I could, I reached out to Abraham Heating & A/C knowing that I needed professional help. I spoke with Josh on Saturday and he lead me through some additional troubleshooting steps, and I was really impressed that he tried to solve my problem over the phone without costing me any money. When it became clear that he needed to come out, he scheduled us for his first available time, Tuesday afternoon. Thankfully, we weren't in a heatwave at the time, so we could keep the windows open and stay cool enough until things could be repaired. Josh was able to quickly diagnose that there was a defective evaporator coil in the house and the "freon" had leaked out, which is why things didn't get cold. Because the unit was so new, he knew that we'd be covered by warranty, so he called Lennox on our behalf. While it was covered, Lennox didn't have any replacement parts available - we'd have to wait 4 months for the part to come in from China. (Nothing against China or Lennox - this is how the global supply chain works now and keeps prices low.) Four months would be a bummer because it is mid-August now and we won't need the cool air in December. Josh advocated for us with Lennox and they were able to come up with an alternative solution with a part that Lennox did have and just needed some fabrication and modification to work with our system. We would just have to pay the difference in labor time and for the "freon" that needed to be added to the system. Thoughtfully, he didn't presume that we'd automatically go with this solution, and I appreciate that. Of course, we were impressed by what he'd already done for us that it was a no-brainer to have him complete the service. By Thursday, Josh had the part in-had and got it modified for installation. Now we have a cool house just in time for the upcoming weekend that is expected to be pretty hot. We really appreciate the helpful and honest work that Josh does at Abraham. In this situation, it would have been easy for others to use deceptive practices, but Josh is better than that. It is clear he works with integrity as well as skill. I am very pleased with the work, results, and price. What could have been an expensive $2000 job, ended up being only $700 thanks to Josh's help. Hopefully, we don' have HVAC issues in the future, but as with homeownership, it's not if issues pop-up, it is when. I know that when I need HVAC help again, I'll be calling Josh at Abraham Heating & A/C.

He also clipped all the wires "to avoid further damage" and promptly gave me a quote for a new one. I said no thanks. Billed me $100 for his time, insisting I pay that day. They laughed when I told them, and promptly repaired the wires Abraham had cut, repaired the leaky line, filled with freon and the unit was working just fine. This is the worst case of fraud I have ever encountered. Perhaps his hope is that his Jesus license plates will instill trust in his customers so that he can rip them off without question.
