Cade arrived on time dressed well, and Smelled good and immediately took the time to explain in detailed what would be done and answer ALL of my questions. It was clear they were very knowledgeable about both systems. They worked efficiently, ensuring that both my AC and furnace were fully checked and properly maintained. What stood out the most was professionalism and attention to detail. They made sure to clean up after the job, leaving no mess behind, and provided me with helpful tips to keep everything running smoothly until the next service. My home is already feeling more comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing my systems are in top condition. I highly recommend Cade and Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs. Dishonest and Unethical Practices This company attempted to…read morescam my daughter her husband and 3 young children 2 of them under 5 years old and her home warranty provider. They falsely claimed her furnace had a crack and submitted photos of a completely different unit. Their estimate was more than $4,000 higher than the cost of a new furnace. When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Extremely deceptive business practices. I would give zero stars if possible

I'll spare the insane details but basically my home warranty wasn't covering anything they had said they would and my original contractors ghosted me. I had a house that was 90° and animals (and humans) who were literally melting. I called Ami and she set up an appointment for Ryan to come out snd look at my SUPER old AC unit. Ryan told me the problem and I asked for some advice on what I should do, should I get the small part replaced on my decrepit unit or just bite the bullet and get a whole new one. He gave me some options and set me up with an appointment with Mike later that same day to get a quote for a new unit. Ryan also helped me with figuring out why my home warranty company wasn't being helpful when it came to covering parts and services (shout out Ryan you're awesome)! Later that same day Mike came out and gave me a quote and gave me some real insight on what unit I should get for my home, he was very patient with me while I applied for the payment plan, even though my house was 90° and the temp was rising. Barely 48 hours later, the scheduling lady, Ami, got me an appointment with Mario (and one other worker whose name I cannot remember I'm so sorry). Mario and his partner got to work around 8:30am and we're finished around 12:30pm! My house is already 20 degrees cooler and I'm SO PLEASED with everything the whole team did for me. Shout out to you all, thank you so much for your kindness and hard work!!!

Hang on kids, we're going for a ride…read more Install for new AC and furnace. Guys are super friendly, polite, and answer all of my questions. One guy shows me pictures of his dog - awesome. Later that night I notice water dripping from the humidifier down the side of my furnace. I call and the on-call guy walks me though how to stop it. The next day, a service guy comes out and tells me that the install guys forgot the condensation hose that connects the humidifier to the drain pipe. He connects a hose and tells me I'm good to go. He too shows me pictures of his dog - lovely. The next morning, the rug next to my furnace is wet - the drainage pipe is leaking. I call again and the same service guy comes out and tells me the install guys didn't glue the drainage pipe pieces together. He glues them together and I point out that it looks like it's still leaking. He tells me it's just water from when he took it apart and leaves. About half hour later I look, and sure enough there's a puddle. I call him and he says he'll turn around and come back. He does and tells me a thingamajig wasn't tightened at the bottom and NOW we're good. (Note: I had to leave work early twice for this.) A few days later the electrician and a guy doing something with the gas line come out. Again, super friendly and polite. A couple hours later I notice it's getting toasty in my house. Thermostat reads 77 and there's a yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point, that when I click on it says, "Communication Error, " to not try and fix it myself, and to contact my dealer. So I call. Again. On-call guy walks me through a reset that doesn't work, so he comes out, only to find they didn't flip the power to my AC back on. He apologized and said their notes showed they checked everything was working before leaving, which clearly wasn't true. The final part of their installation service is called "commissioning". I have a text message stating my appointment is on Friday, May 16, between 3 and 3:30. I leave work early, arrive home at 3, and shortly after 3:30 call to get an ETA. I am told my appointment is for the following Monday at the same time. I look at my work schedule and confirm I can make it work between appointments IF he can be there right at 3. Commissioning guy is right on time, fully explained my new unit and thermostat, and made adjustments to optimize it to my home. He was very helpful and even fixed an issue I was having with my front door, which obviously, was completely unrelated to his visit. Overall, I'm satisfied.. A very annoying and inconvenient start, but they are prompt with fixing issues. I also like their service plan (free for the first year) and that it includes every 6 months maintenance and a furnace filter.
