These people did a great job at maintenence my furnace, had the ducts done also, that tech was not do nice. .

Had an issue with the HVAC system at our home today so we called Apollo Heating and Air. Taylor and Cal came out and identified the issue quickly. 4-12-21 I woke up to a cool house, so I went and looked at the furnace, pulled the cover and saw the light was flashing indicating normal operation, it then kicked on and the fan motor made loud squeaking noise - it spun slowly by hand after I turned the fan off. I contacted Apollo Heating and air at 402.291.1734 at about 9am and told them what I found and indicated I needed a new blower motor or fan and had taken pictures of the necessary information to send to them so they could bring the fan with them - they declined my offer. The tech showed up (nice guy by the way) and within a couple of minutes confirmed the blower motor was bad and needed replacing. He said at that point I was "$82.00 into it" and that he would have to leave, get the fan motor come back and remove and replace it instead of making one service call and coming over the first time with the part that OBVIOUSLY NEEDED REPLACING. The tech said he didn't make the rules he just followed them. I called Apollo's main line and told the staff member on the phone after I considered their rules, not to mention wasting my time, I no longer wished to do business with them... after saying this the staff member on the phone told me due to their being so many parts and liability issues they could not come with the part on the initial service call - this confused me because I took the same pictures as the tech took from Apollo and was ready to text them to them. So I tried one other service provider in proximity to me, told them what transpired, sent them my pictures and they were more than happy to get the part based on the information I sent them (pictures) then come over and replace it in one service call! About 1/2 hour after I canceled with Apollo, the tech came knocking at my door with the part... which confused me even further, after all I had made it very clear why I no longer wished to do business with them and told them why. The tech was very nice about it all and appeared to me to understand but my guess is that he was also confused about why he wasn't informed I had terminated my business with his employer. Of course the preceding information is based on my perception of what transpired and I'm still confused by it all. I don't know what Apollo will bill me for for all this, but I will be sure to share that information when it becomes available. Followup: Later in the day the owner of Apollo called me, asked what transpired from my point of view and listened. He said he simply wished to understand what happened and if necessary make any needed internal changes to their operating procedure. He also indicated they would not charge me for the service call and "wipe it clean" and thanked me for my time. I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism in terms of the way he followed up and conducted himself... so I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. read more

As a former sheet metal worker I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work done by the team installing by new furnace and heat pump. Terry, Nick and crew were amazing in their efficiency and knowledge. They were careful and explained what they were doing at each stage of the job. No wasting time or doubt as to what had to be done. Job was completed in less than eight hours and new duct work was exceptionally done. Heating system is much quieter than the old system and even better air distribution. Thank you Apollo! read more

Outstanding service!! Last evening our furnace started to make alarming noises. Too late to call anyone and managed to make it through the night This morning at 7:15 am I called and reached Ben. I explained what I needed and within an hour Dan was here to check out our furnace. Ben and Dan were very professional explaining the details for the furnace. Dan repaired the furnace and was out of here by 11 am. The time also included a trip Dan made to pick up the part we needed in West Omaha. We know a complete replacement of our furnace and air is coming soon. Ben has offered to send me a proposal for replacement and offered several details concerning the furnace, the install, financing options if we need it as well a warranties. I am very pleased with Apollo and how they helped me with my situation. They are first on my list when I need Heat and Air service. Thank you Apollo! read more

Our heater dropped dead 3 days this past December, and we frantically searched for service that would have a superior products selection and the ability to remove both our Heater and Air Conditioner quickly, the forecast predicted lows in the 20's by the Saturday of this week. I contacted three contractors and Apollo was the best, as they provided great product selection of names, I was familiar with from my childhood. We chose a Lennox solution for both AC & Heating, and the middle unit with a quiet running and had 2 stages it could run on, which we like it cooler in Winter and it offers better energy savings overall. So, Dillion and his install TEAM arrived Thursday and in one day removed and installed everything. I am picky and they were professional and very precise and cleaned up after themselves! After the install I researched air purifier for Heaters, my new home before had a Blue Light filtration system, so I called Dillion and he was out the next week with his installers and added it to the system. I felt bad about making them come back, but again my wife stated how efficient and professional the TEAM was during this installation. That filtration system was a modest price and has made our house smell fresher and most of all my wife who is Handicapped for Respitory issues can breathe better since, that is best thing ever, so be sure to get one added! Oh, it didn't stop there with Appollo as we didn't have cash to make the purchase, however they offered 6 months same as cash, which allowed us to pay interest free for six months, and then we will pay the balance with an interest which is based on our credit. They are in Bellevue, Nebraska and are very polite and prompt if I have issues or questions. In fact, I just called with a question and Dillion was off and Josh, another salesperson for Appollo was quick to answer my question. These days in my experiences, professionalism and great products solutions and financing, Appollo Heating and AC is the best choice, and me and my family love our new systems! This is a locally owned business that does quality work and has reasonable rates. I called them to look at my gas fireplace. The tech (Leon) was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The gas pilot needed a thorough cleaning which they did in short order without trying to do work that was not needed, which I appreciated. I will use them again for any AC/Furnace/Fireplace service needs. read more

12/8/2013 Our recent transaction of purchasing from Apollo Heating A/C an up-dated Lenox furnace unit and A/C unit for our house was a positive experience. The workman dismantled, hauled away the old units, installed the new units, and cleaned the work areas- all within two days. There was no inconvenience experienced by our household. We marvel at the way these professional workmen corrected errors from the previous installed units. They had to construct all new metal sheet work, piping and drainage outlet for the new units installed within the house. Too, the outside A/C unit was given a more compatible alignment with our house that would improve its efficiency. Least expensive quote, but quality of work is poor. They had no experience installing high end Lennox equipment. They plastered sealant messily all over the ducts, and there is a major leak from the furnace. House is not cooling very evenly. No response when I emailed to have the leak fixed. I'll be using another Lennox dealer for my repairs. read more

The two men that installed my furnace and a/c accomplished it in two days and did it in what I considered a professional job. They also hauled my old units away and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have been in a comfy cozy house especially since the cold weather hit.
