This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there.
