The associate provided us with several incorrect details during the purchase process. We were instructed to download the Hp.123.com application for the printer, which charges an annual fee of $59.99. The printer was priced at less than $200. The software indicates that an Instant Ink subscription is available; however, after setting up the printer, this subscription was not accessible for the 5100 series. Contrary to the associate's assurance, the printer does not print in draft mode or grayscale. We are incurring significant costs for ink at regular prices, and it is not possible to purchase only black ink; all colors are required. This situation appears to be deceptive. Relying on staff for accurate information is unacceptable when they provide false details. Additionally, we purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription for $179.00, for which a key code was provided on a printed receipt. I inquired whether Geek Squad could assist with the installation on our computer, with a quoted fee of $40.00. Since the computer was purchased at the same location, we were advised to install the software ourselves at home, with the option to return the computer if issues arose. Our total expenditure for these goods and services amounted to $1,615.54. RUN FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!

The technician was here for about 30 minutes which cost me over $150. I was then presented a quote for over $600 to repair my 2.5 year old GE dishwasher. This is more than a new one by the way. The technician said that the control board needs to be replaced and that was it. After doing some research I found a GE replacement part for around $150 and the person I spoke too sent me a link on how to install it. 4 screws and 2 plugs. He said that I shouldn't be more than 30 minutes to replace the part. This is a very high quote that boarders on a complete bend over if you ask me. Long story short I would give them "0" stars if I could. I don't recommend you having them fix your appliances

On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. I would steer clear of this company for appliance repairs of any kind.
