When I was seated, I ordered the Smoked Duck Breast Benedict and coffee. The benedict was great overall. The duck meat was exceptionally good if not a little chewy while the honey mustard helped add a vibrant flavour to the entrée. The hashbrowns were solid good and crunchy. The side of fruit were very fresh and juicy to eat. The coffee was great and I saw myself having a second cup. The establishment was mildly lit and clean; aspects I usually like in a restaurant. The service was excellent. I received my food what only seemed like minutes after ordering, and the servers were very perceptive to my needs. Besides waiting, I had a great time at Delphi's, and I hope to come back there very soon to try something new.

I also wish the sauce had a bit more seasoning. - fruity French toast - Philly cheese steak - it was my favourite dish out of the three we ordered. Food Service 4.5/5 Parking 5/5 Ambiance 4.5/5

They still have some Covid protocols in place with cubicle partitions for each table. They have a wide array of herbal teas, and tea lemonade. We ordered the Lavender lemonade and Rose lemonade because I saw them on their Instagram account. The photos shows a neat concept of putting the drink inside a plastic bag, however they had stopped serving the drinks in that concept. Instead we ordered in. Unfortunately, the drinks were very sweet. The lavender was food colouring and syrup, which was hard to get down without worrying about having getting a headache. However, I managed to finish it but I'm unlikely going to get that again. The cafe was filled with students working on their school work and so the vibe is very academic. There is little ambiance if you want to meet up socially without feeling like your disturbing students.

That being said, I love coming here after classes to study!! It's only a 1-2 minute walk from KPU and it's my favourite! It's cute and cozy, and somewhat affordable!! I normally get the iced caramel macchiato and it's my fav! They have good food selection and yummy donuts for whenever you want a sweet treat!! 10/10 would recommend!!

This "blink and you miss it" storefront is about a block away from the beaten Fraser Highway track…read more(the one-way section with all the cute little storefront and cafes), but the slight detour is more than worth it. Armed with a coupon in hand, I was immediately struck with the cute decor and range of non-food products for sale from local vendors. (Think soaps, clothes and accessories to name a few). A fair amount of tables and chairs that all looked like personalized vintage chic. No repeats as far as I could tell, yet the mix of tables and chairs seemed to all match. Everything on the menu looked great but I decided to treat myself with a small granola, yogurt and fruit. (Had just come from a gym workout so I was trying to continue with the healthy theme). Came to a nice portion/layer of granola, slightly sweetened plain yogurt, and as much sliced bananas and grape halves as you can layer on top. Not to sweet, even with the added fructose. Next time I may be tempted to try a meatier option like a breakfast wrap or a sandwich. Pro-Tip: Unlike most other cafe's I've come across, they have a sign actually asking patrons to leave their used dishes and utensils on the table itself. I suspect this act is to let the ladies know which tables are in need of a clean wipe-down; they do this religiously after each customer leaves. It felt a little odd at first, but I think it's a unique way to ensure every customer sits down to a clean table. I know I always hate it when I find an empty spot only to find someone else's breadcrumbs were accidentally left behind.

More Than a Meal: A Place of Warmth, Belonging, and Heart at Kozak Langley…read more Some restaurants serve food. Others create an experience. And then there are places--rare, quietly extraordinary places--that make you feel held. Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is unequivocally one of those places. From the moment you step through the door, something shifts. The atmosphere is gentle, calm, and welcoming in a way that immediately puts your shoulders down and your breath at ease. There is no rush, no judgment, no performative friendliness--just genuine warmth. As an LGBTQ2S+ person, that feeling matters more than I can adequately express. At Kozak Langley, inclusivity is not a slogan or a checkbox; it is lived. You are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect simply for being who you are. You don't have to brace yourself here. You can just be. The heart of this experience lies with the people. Lilly, our server, moved through the evening with a grace that felt almost poetic. Her attentiveness was intuitive rather than intrusive--she seemed to feel the rhythm of the table, knowing exactly when to check in and when to let a moment linger. Her recommendations felt personal, thoughtful, and deeply informed, offered with warmth and sincerity. She didn't just serve us; she guided the experience. Darbi, in customer service, brought a grounding presence that made everything feel thoughtfully held together. There was a quiet confidence in the way she ensured that every detail was accounted for, every guest seen. Her warmth was steady and reassuring, the kind that makes you feel safe without ever needing to announce itself. Keely added a softness that lived in the small moments--the gentle smile, the calm check-in, the ease that made the entire space feel lighter. Her care was subtle but deeply felt, a reminder that hospitality at its best is profoundly human. And then there is Alex, the manager, whose kindness sets the emotional tone for the entire restaurant. His leadership is calm, sincere, and deeply respectful. You can feel the culture he has built the moment you walk in: a team that feels supported, confident, and genuinely happy to be there. That care flows outward, shaping every interaction and creating an environment rooted in belonging rather than hierarchy. Truly, every single staff member we encountered was exceptional. I wish I could name them all, because each person contributes to something special--a space where hospitality feels like community, where inclusivity is practiced quietly and consistently, and where guests are treated as people, not transactions. Helpful Tips for Future Diners * Give yourself time. Kozak Langley is best enjoyed slowly. This is not a place to rush through a meal--it's a place to linger, talk, and savor both the food and the atmosphere. * Ask for recommendations. The staff know the menu deeply and genuinely want to help you find something you'll love. Their guidance is thoughtful and personal. * Share your needs. Whether dietary, accessibility-related, or simply a preference for a quieter spot, the team is incredibly accommodating when they know how to support you. * LGBTQ2S+ diners: you are safe here. This is a space of real affirmation and respect. You can relax and enjoy your time without hesitation. * Come with people you love--or come solo. It's perfect for meaningful conversations, celebrations, or a quiet meal where you don't want to feel invisible. * Return the kindness. The warmth here is real, and a smile or a kind word goes a long way with a team that gives so much of themselves. Kozak Langley is not just a restaurant--it is a refuge. A place where food nourishes the body, and kindness nourishes the spirit. We didn't just leave satisfied; we left lighter, calmer, and deeply grateful. This is the kind of place you return to not only for the food, but for the feeling--and that is something truly special.
