It's a little place, but very friendly, and a favourite spot of the other nearby vendors, from the banter we experienced while there. The seating is limited, but there are standing areas and some outside seating. It's a great spot on the one-way in downtown Langley to watch the world go. The scones were excellent, filling and not terribly expensive. The cappuccino was spot on and paired nicely with the scone.
