Within 15 minutes all of my friends food orders had arrived except mine. My friends were adamant on waiting for mine to arrive before eating theirs, despite my objections. Additionally, they had all requested hot sauce for their meals and wanted to wait for that anyway. We ended up calling over the server at least twice to request the hot sauce on top of the first time, but didn't inquire about my meal yet as we all assumed that it maybe just took longer to cook. After another 15 minutes of waiting my friends called our server over and inquired as to where my order was along with the hot sauce. The server looked shocked and said he would be right back. We watched him return to the machine, double check the orders he had put through, and then run back to the kitchen. He promptly returned with my meal, which was now lukewarm after having sat in the kitchen for so long. We then again, asked him for hot sauce, which he went to get immediately and brought back to the table. While he was going to get the hot sauce, I noticed immediately that there was cheese throughout the dish and inquired with the server when he returned if that was in fact, cheese. He said yes and smiled. I reminded him that I had ordered the dish without cheese. He advised he would be right back and took the order with him. After a couple moments, he returned to advise they would have to remake the dish and asked if that was alright with me. I said yes, what else would I say at that point? After waiting another 5-7 minutes and watching my friends eat the majority of their meals (I insisted at this point that they stop waiting), my meal returned warm and correctly made.
