I was drawn to visiting this cafe because I was in the area, and had an enticing BOGO coupon from a community book (yeah, I'm a sucker for those sometimes). I felt a little nostalgic upon discovering the cafe was located in the walk-able one-way traffic portion of Fraser Highway, an area I used to frequent. The entire ambiance screams of the cute little community cafe where there are a couple of everything: a couple of high seats facing the window, a couple of small tables and chairs, and a couple of comfy looking couches. I had wandered into the cafe along with a nearby class on their lunch break, which gave me some time to wait there and take in my surroundings. There was a nice little selection of cookies and scones (and some little free samples available). It made me wonder if the items there were baked fresh in the morning and/or baked throughout the day. The employees made sure to offer heating up the food items before we took them to go, which I thought was a nice touch. The lady in front of me grabbed the last cheese scone, so I had to settle on the cheese and chives scone instead. It was a hearty portion for the rock bottom price (compared to other name brand bakeries), and I enjoyed the savoury scone which I swear included bacon! I saved the second one in the fridge, and I suspect it will still be just as good if I pop it into the microwave before I enjoy.

Came for a coffee and breakfast, definitely wasn't disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and very fast, and the overall atmosphere in the shop lives up to the "cozy" name. I didn't feel rushed at any point and enjoyed sitting down with my breakfast. I recommend coming in if you're nearby and needing a pick-me-up!

Newly opened cafe and bakery in downtown Langley. They have a good selection of drinks and is a nice cozy spot to enjoy a little treat. We arrived a little before they closed and a lot of their baked goods were gone for the day which is alway a good sign of a good bakery! The place had a few seats, comfy lounge chairs and tables to enjoy your drink and baked goods. We ordered the mocha, hazelnut latte and a chai cakelette. All were pretty good! The cafe is still relatively new and they did missed making one of our drinks initially but they were quickly to apologize and made the drink once they realized. And the owner was very friendly and even offered us a free drink in our next visit.

Cozy little place! Like the name. Checked it out with my girlfriend and we both absolutely loved it!! They bake everything fresh in the back ! Def a must go! Grab your laptop and do some work and enjoy the treats! Thinking about it makes me hungry for their sweets !!

I fell like the lower price reflects in the food though. An egg salad sandwich and a cucumber and cream cheese sandwich type of thing. really nothing special that you couldn't make at home. It is a cute little place and it was clean. The staff weren't overly friendly, not warm or anything. Its mediocre.

There were NO sides that came with sandwich or the wrap. I did ask if there were any little side that came with it and the response was rude with a hard no. Honestly even if was just a little pile of plain chips or just a small amount of pasta salad would have been nice to go with my sandwich. I think the prices are well over priced for a sandwich/bakery place. I have been to many other bakery/sandwich places and I have always received with my sandwich, 1 or 2 small sides. I also found that there wasn't really anything special about their sandwiches, they were ok. I will never go back the Lemon Bakery. The reason why I went to Lemon Bakery is because I wanted to try a new sandwich place.

This is my go to place for Corn Tortilla Shells! They have large packages of 100 that are kept in the cooler for freshness. I prefer these ones to the smaller packages on the shelf in the super markets...filled with preservatives! They also have the different sizes! I love getting the small street taco size that you can't find everywhere! They carry Valentine's Hot Sauce as well which we have found very important for a good taco! Recently a friend of ours from Mexico had us for dinner and served us Hibiscus Juice made from dried Hibiscus Flowers. It was so good she sent us home with a little baggie and said Los Guerreros sells them! I will be heading there this week because we all loved the juice! Thankful for stores that carry unique, quality ingredients. Allowing people to experience the richness that other cultures bring...oh how I love this about Canada!

She insisted of you buying 5 pcs as I think she's afraid that the rest of the bread will not be bought and will be old and stale . Too bad , business for her goes by the bulk . I can see a lot of her bread goes to the display for many days in a week as bulk as most people can't afford to buy the wholebulk of 5 pcs for $7.75 per bag . Some people like me can't eat 5 and can't afford the bulk. I went there while it's freshly baked and she won't sell 1-2 pcs only. I'm new to the Joyce area and saw that Mexican store. Bread is good to eat when it's freshly bake. Too bad , I don't buy and she just lost one of the few customers who can't buy the bread by bulk . She should learn from the Chinese business where you sell from 1 pc to bulk cause that's how successful business is done . Bread goes moldy and bad in a day or 2 and hers are displays on the shelf for days as she refused to sell it by piece or 2 and she will have more customers that way than by bulk . Sad she don't learn from other techniques of selling. Really sad for her business and customers as well.
