Nice coffee shop here in Langley. Located in a place with a lot of parking. Amazing customer service by the register and barista. Ambiance is cozy and relaxed. The place has many coffee options, Matcha, Smootheis, Pastries, a few Vegan options. There was soup, paninis and a couple other eating options. We ordered a Latte, Lavender Latte, Pina Colada Smoothie, Croissant and a Chicken Panini. Everything was made delicately. Each drink tasted amazing and the panini was super fresh. 1 Star -- Discriminatory and Hostile Toward Disabled Patrons My experience at Gratia Café was deeply upsetting and reflects a profound lack of understanding of -- or respect for -- disability rights. I am a disabled individual who relies on a legitimate, clearly identifiable service dog. Rather than being treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, I was subjected to hostile behavior, scrutiny, and exclusionary conduct that made it unmistakably clear I was not welcome. Staff acted as though they were entitled to question or challenge the presence of a service dog, despite the fact that this is explicitly prohibited under British Columbia human rights law. Let me be very clear: Businesses do not get to interrogate disabled patrons, demand explanations of medical need, or treat service dogs as optional accommodations. A service dog is not a pet, and access is not conditional on staff approval, comfort, or personal beliefs. What made this experience particularly distressing was the demeaning tone and dismissive attitude shown throughout the interaction. Instead of de-escalation or accommodation, the situation was handled in a way that felt humiliating, stigmatizing, and discriminatory. Disabled people should never be made to feel like a problem simply for existing in public spaces with the supports they require. Accessibility is not a "preference" or a branding choice -- it is a legal and ethical obligation. Until Gratia Café undertakes serious staff training on disability rights, service animals, and inclusive customer service, I cannot recommend this establishment to disabled patrons or allies. Gratia is our go to for coffee and breakfast when we're in town. Staff is friendly and the line (when there is one), moves swiftly. Their pastries are amazing, love their pistachio croissants with chocolate, and their pot pie, and Benny's. Great bagels and breakfasts also. In the afternoon it s a nice quiet place to work (free WiFi) or recharge over a quiet coffee and snack. read more

Can't even remember what store this replaced, but it doesn't matter because we got an UPGRADE. About time a Korean cafe/bakery opened in Walnut Grove! Had high hopes going in and 100% not disappointed. First of all, there's POUROVER on the drinks menu, which immediately elevated the cafe's calibre. And it was a fantastic pourover according to my husband. As for the baked goods, the cream puffs are obviously the highlight. Got one of each and LOVED the chocolate & cappuccino. Will most definitely be back to try some of the croissants and cakes -- it's right in my old neighbourhood, after all! read more

Cozy aesthetics and very packed coffee shop - lots of patrons on their computers. They have seating inside and outside. Because of how packed they are, there could be a wait for the food/drink. I ordered for staying in and it took a long time to prepare the creampuff (which was served cold so.. they really just had to plate?). They have a lot of creative drink options. I tried their Tiramisu Latte (hot version) and it had a lovely creamy top, flavor was on point - the ladyfinger that came with it was really just for looks though as it didn't add anything to the drink. The London Fog creampuff I got looked good but texture-wise, was very soft and soggy. It had a lot of cream inside and the moisture in it had made the shell mushy; I've had a lot of creampuffs before and know it could be better and not soggy. I would stick with their drinks and its a nice place to hang out and people watch. read more

I was looking for a cafe open past 7pm. Most of of the local cafes close at that time but this one was open until 8pm. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a brownie. Was satisfied with my order. The pumpkin cream cold brew was especially good. Had more cinnamon/nutmeg flavor than the one from Starbucks. Outdoor seating is available but it is near a busy road. Amazing drinks and food! One of my favorite places for double baked croissants and much more. My major complaint though is that they OFTEN run out of items, especially the ones that I specifically go there for! And I'm not talking late afternoon. By 10:30 AM they're often out of basic items that I go there for. This has been an ongoing frustration for a long time. I wish they could simply take better inventory of what they're running out of by mid morning and make a whole lot more. read more

Nice coffee shop and bakery that serves specialty coffees and desserts and pastries. I have the breakfast sandwich and it's really tasty and all fresh ingredients. We have our bi weekly coffee breakfast meeting here as the coffee is fresh and service is always with a smile. We found this new cafe when we visited Langley after my appointment. Lovely cafe with beautiful interior design. They have variety selection of cakes, cream puffs and pastries. There are also food selections such as sandwiches to choose and also different beverages. I had take out some cream puffs and croissant with lavender latte. Lavender latte has a very unique taste but it's not my type. The cream puff is really good as the filling is quite full, but can't taste much of vanilla taste and more like plain cream. Overall, like this beautiful cafe and will give it more try if we are around this area. read more

We stopped by during the afternoon and this cafe was packed. We had to wait for a bit for a table. There was seating outside the cafe, but it was also packed. If you want a dine in experience, be prepared you might have to wait around awhile for a table to free up. I ordered a sandwich and latte. It was good. No complaints on the food or coffee.
