We placed a $50 order through Uber Eats and received the completely wrong food -- only about $20 worth -- and it wasn't even something we could eat. We ordered a BLT and pancake stack, but got bacon and Nutella French toast instead. My stomach is sensitive to sugar, so the entire meal was wasted. We immediately called the restaurant, and instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix their mistake, they told us to "ask Uber for a refund," which was a huge inconvenience. They said a manager would call us back within 15-30 minutes -- no one ever did. When we followed up, we were told, "the manager isn't coming in today." We spent over two hours trying to resolve something that should have been handled with a simple apology and refund. The lack of accountability and professionalism here is shocking. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.
