Little did I know it was a little food cart sitting under the staircase! It's a quaint little cart. I also heard about this restaurant through social media, which is why I came to try it. The food was very fresh and hot as it was cooked right in front of you. The vegetable pancake was very savoury and packed with several different veges and the glass noodles.
