Went strawberry picking here for 2 years in a row. I like the ambiance of this place a bit better than other U-pick farms I've been to. Unfortunately, like other farms, the U-pick fields now require 1 basket per person (unless under the age of 3). This means each person has to pay $6/$21/$50 for their own basket. Quite pricy for a family/friend outing. There were plenty of berries to pick. Get there early to avoid crowds and risking early closure. Another thing that is AMAZING here is the wine. Highly recommend their wines, paired with a strawberry waffle. Staff are friendly and will help you pick out what wines you might like

I came here for strawberry waffle. Also got some fruit juice and two bottles of wine. The place is huge with a lot of seating and a gift shop. Everything is fresh, the waffle was great. The combination of the berry farm plus the food makes for a very unique experience. This place is a must visit

This place is the best farm store stop you can make Great fresh fruit but that's not all not even close Their fresh berry pies are a tradition at our home been enjoying them for yrs One of the best apple fritters anywhere When they have it grab some fudge you'll love it I'm sure And the waffles were great There's beautiful flower gardens to sit in and they have live music it's always a treat to stop by and pick up some wonderful food creations It's almost over for the season so get there and grab a fresh berry pie You might need to call in and get one put aside as they clear out fast

Pumpkin waffle ($13.95) and Apple waffle ($13.95)

We loved visiting the free pumpkin patch during the Autumn months! It was relatively small but had a nice selection of pumpkins of various sizes. There are pre-picked and pick yourself pumpkins available. We went to get some fresh made waffles afterwards and we luckily got into the line-up right before they started cutting off the line. It says online they close at 3:30pm but they started cutting off the line at 3:10pm. There were a lot of sad folks who were turned away so get there early if you want waffles! We ordered Pumpkin and Apple waffles ($13.95/each). They are made fresh but it took about 25-30 mins to get them. We enjoyed the waffles but they're quite pricey for what they are. The pumpkin one has a pumpkin spice batter which we loved and we liked the heap of fresh apple compote they put on the apple one, but the apple waffle got soggy quite quickly. It was for the vibes so no regrets.

I love this charming berry farm! Almost like a getaway from a busy city life for me. I love going berry picking there in the summer. Aside from this, I love the market and bakery as well as the winery there. As soon as I enter the market, I am immediately greeted by their tempting display of freshly baked goods and treats. Their apple pies are heavenly. I particularly love their strawberry shortcakes! They look more like a big bun with fillings inside. Judging from the size of it, I thought I couldn't finish such a big "bun". After I took my first bite, I was surprised by the generous strawberry filling. And the natural sweetness from the strawberries instantly lifted my spirit. I love visiting the farm for their fresh vegetables in the summer. They also have many dry mixes and flour blends that we can buy and make them ourselves at home all year round. I always visit their winery and get bottles of wine before leaving. The staff there are friendly and give us great recommendations on wine. In the wintertime, mulled wine was also served which instantly warmed up the body after the first sip. They have a waffle bar which I haven't tried but will definitely do so next time I am there. The Krause rewards was introduced recently, which allows us to earn points (5 Krause Reward Points for every $1 spent) to get rewards while shopping there.

Seasonal raspberry waffles and raspberry lemonade

Spent another gorgeous afternoon at Krause Berry Farms enjoying their seasonal raspberry waffles and whipped cream along with the house made raspberry lemonade. Super fresh and nothing is overly sweet. Recommend coming on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds. Plenty of seating is available under umbrellas or their beautiful rustic tent structure. For those looking to pick the fields, check out their Facebook page for the most up-to-date status. And generally plan to arrive very early as fields can sometimes be fully picked within the first few hours of opening.

Go early because it can be jam packed especially on a nice sunny day. We got there at 11am and waited about 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to order. Very good waffles. The coconut whipping cream is so sweet, not for me but it was the only choice for dairy free. They have Gluten free and vegan waffles but they are prepared in a non-GF kitchen, so if Gluten is a problem, be sure to chat with them first. Lots of seating space in the gardens, patio and covered area. But can be difficult to get a table on a busy day. Their market is fantastic! Lots of baked goodies, pies, frozen berries and other merch. Strawberries were in season when we went. But we didn't pick because we didn't need them.

Overwhelmed by color and fragrance and organization. Hubby and I were visiting Vancouver for the first time, and got to meet one of my co-workers. In spending our day with her, she suggested Krause Berry Farms. Unfortunately, we were full, so we didn't partake any of the beautiful pies or pastries (omg, but the smells were amaaaazing and drool-worthy), though I ended up getting a lemonade (too sour/tart for the hubby). Lots of great photo opportunities! Love that the sunflowers were still in bloom, and that some of the berries were still in season! Would love to come back to try out one of the fruit Belgian waffles. Their market/mercantile shop had some cute gift goods and things for the kitchen/baking, as well as just general self-care (candles, soaps, towels). Price-wise, market/mercantile shop was okay. There's nothing you technically need from there, but it's kind of nice to browse. Sort of feels like an afterthought, though, as most people tend to be there for the pies and baked goods. Parking was okay. Didn't have any issues parking, but we also came by on a weekday. There was still a good amount of visitors, but people were fairly spread out, so it didn't feel too cramped (except for near the pies). Didn't do any berry picking, but I know it's available!

Krause has the best pies and ice cream!!! My school fundraises Krause pies every year and the peach pie is absolutely the best. Topped with their fresh ice cream is heavenly!!

I have always wanted to visit this place ever since a coworker brought in the popular berry custard pie to share. She mentioned berry picking at the farm and that this place is known for the pies. It is still too early in the season for berry picking or berry custard pie when we got there. The berry custard pie is only available during summer. The place is huge. I like how there are signs with images of the different berries to indicate the rows of bushes. There are 3 sections for the buildings -- pie and general merchandise store, waffle and dining hall, wine tasting area. You can get slices of pie at the wine tasting area. Only peach pie was available. I didn't like it much, mainly because I felt the crust could be baked longer. I do like the saddle seats which look pretty cool. The main merchandise section is huge. You can get whole pies here, and donuts and bread. There is also a frozen area for pies, soups and ice cream. Lots of stuff here to get as gifts too. I was also tempted by the waffle. It smelled so good when we stepped into the hall. There was only blueberry compote topping available but it was delicious. The waffle was one of the best I ever tasted. Crisp outside with soft fluffy inside. It was very light, not dense at all. Now I see why it is so popular. They just started a loyalty program where you get points which you can redeem for a bottle of wine and other stuff. Great place for pie, waffle and berry picking.

I had this place bookmarked for years (long before Covid too). I finally got a chance to visit this place. I came with my Yelper friend C. Their most popular pie is the berry custard. Unfortunately that pie is only sold in the summer time. There is also berries picking but again, we came during off seasons. First time here I bought a bumble Berry pie to go (fresh ones). It had raspberries and blueberries in it. I got it for B and I to share. B loved it. I found the berries in the pie a bit too sour. The second time we went back (which was 2 weeks later), I got their ice cream to try. I got their Farm Ice Cream Chocolate Farmuccino. I found the texture of the ice cream not creamy but more on the sandy side. I am not a fan of the ice cream texture. The flavor was good. I will definitely be back to again for more of their pie.

WOW! I finally got to visit Krauseberry farms with my family and we were simply blown away. I have been craving their waffles for so long and the summertime was definitely busier for guests and berry picking so what better time to visit than now as things sort of wind down! Don't get me wrong - it was still hot and nice as ever and busy but manageable and not overly crowded! Their waffles are so crispy and fluffy and packed with whatever in season fruits they have. The strawberries were sweet and perfectly paired with the real whipped cream. The waffles come in at $14.50 I believe a fair price for portion and experience. There is also a drive thru waffle section if you're wanting to eat in your car or grab and go. They have a winery and eatery as well that has other food to enjoy (but seriously - their waffles are where it's at!). The retail and bakery has all the other goodies like pies, baked goods, apples, frozen pies, frozen pizzas, jams, knickknacks and great gifts! We all really enjoyed ourselves and walked away with gifts and full tummies! I'd love to visit for all their in season fruit toppings next!

... a closer look at the label on the package. First slice (w/ice cream she added from shopping this morning) coming up later today!!

Daughter and friend were back to Krause Berry Farms recently, and we became beneficiaries of a large, peach and blueberry pie, made there, and purchased during their visit. In two words -- absolutely delicious. In more words -- 'the' best bakery-made pie we can recall tasting. The pie 'crust' has been such a nice surprise -- baked, but retaining a very soft, and flavourful texture. The filling of peaches and blueberries a real delight -- so naturally-sweet, flavourful, and tasty. Attempting to make it last, and savour for as long as possible, we have kept our slices on the smaller side (and adding some French vanilla ice cream has helped in that regard). Kudos to Krause Berry Farms!! And thanks to daughter for thinking of us, and gifting one of their delicious pies our way.

Happy memories picking berries with my daughter when we lived nearby, her glee as a 5-year old, and riding ponies in Langley.

I recently did U-pick raspberries here and had a great time…read more Check in at the U-pick hut, read the rules, and go picking. If you need a bucket, they sell them for $1.50/$2 depending on size. You can also bring your own anything - bowls, boxes, whatever. We had to cross the street and walk about 100m to get to the picking area. Blueberries and currants were in season as well. Raspberries grow at eye level so I find them much more comfortable to pick. We were able to get just under 15 pounds in 20-30 minutes, and paid ~$45. The berries themselves were delicious. They also have a store with pre-picked fruit, and a variety of drinks, produce, and other items for sale. The parking lot is mostly shaded by trees, which is great for hot summer days.

Amazing amazing amazing farm. My family and I wanted to go berry picking and I did some research…read more Came across this farm. I love the fact that it's not focused on just one berry. They had raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and red currants for u-pick. They also has a market with these berries that were pre-picked if you prefer not to pick yourself. The price of u-pick is $3.50/lb. My mum and I ended up with 10.5 pounds of strawberries and blueberries (combined). This place is so gorgeous because they also had a shady area set up with some tables to hang out. There's also a mini kid friendly playground. Plus a food truck on site? Hell yeah!

I haven't been to the former fur trading post at Fort Langley since I was a young punk on a school tour, who had no clue about anything in life especially fur. Anyways, if you're a big history buff & enjoy historic sites - Fort Langley National Historic Site might just be your cup of tea! I find the Village is a great place to escape to & just chillout at away from the bustling Metro Vancouver area. There's plenty shops & restaurants to suit ones taste. The actual population of this area only numbers in the few thousands, so most people in the village on Saturday were typically from out of town local tourists. Of note to check out - Fort Langley Historic National Historic Site, the Little White House (for high tea parties), Saba Cafe (excellent pastries & seafood), Wendel's Bookstore & Café (food & dessert), Into Chocolate Candy & Confections, Republica Coffee Roasters & for those who love eating grass & plants there's Veggie Bob's Kitchen for you. There's plenty more spots available to check out as well. I really enjoyed walking around but keep in mind the temperature here gets hotter than average so - sunglasses & hats are mandatory. Plenty of free parking available = yaaaahhhoooooooo!!! Drive time from downtown Vancouver to here - budget for 45 minutes. Fort Langley - truly somewhere beautiful!
