The french fries are delicious and a highlight of the experience, but why they have trouble consistently giving you a nice serving of fries, I don't understand. Additionally, the last two times we've been there we've had to fight off fruit flies. Once - I can understand - a second time, swatting off and slapping fruit flies is not okay. Everything felt very basic and under seasoned, and half of us didn't even finish our meals. It really seemed like they were completely unprepared for brunch service. They were also already out of caramel rolls, which was disappointing. Overall, a really frustrating experience between the extreme wait time, poor execution, and lackluster food.
