I went in yesterday to get my pre schooler some solid color T shirts she starts school in two weeks and needed a solid Turquoise, yellow and white t shirts to complete her out- fit a for the first week of school. Oh man. 12 years ago i came into this place and bought some 3xl comfy pants that i have till this day. They are my favorite pants in the world and were on clearance. This last time i went in there i was returning pants that i bought earlier this year with tags and everything on it but since they were last years model and i had no reciept they offered me a refund of .27 cents i kept the pants to give them away. It was a little difficult for me to find but overall I like old navy. read more

Why are there only 3 cashiers 3 days before Christmas during a store wide sale!?! 25 of us waiting in line!

We came in here looking for pollos and we found a great deal $10! So we got four and went to the cash register. But when we checked out the total came to $70!! When I preceded to tell the casher that the sign said ten dollars she begrudgingly said she would price check. Which we waited forever for. And they lady said that her coworker checked and that there is no sign, except I was watching the table WITH the sign the whole time NO ONE checked. So after we payed I went back and checked the sign DID say ten and under. I was planning on coming back to get my boyfriend some vnecks but now I will NOT be back to the store. I dont like being lied to and being treated like a liar my self. So disappointed read more

Overall experience was horrible. I'm a pleasantly plump lady and I'm proud of my curves. Old navy however must not want curvy ladies to shop in there stores. I looked all over for 3x and was disappointed to find that in store they only go up to a XXL. I walked over to the clearance section and they actually had so 3x clothing with a ticket on it saying bought online and returned to the store. I felt a little better picking a few pieces out. Next the changing room / shower curtain on a rail. It was small, right next to people walking around, no seating to put my clothes on , had to put them on the floor. Then the curtain kept opening revealing my goods to the world. If we are spending the money we are spending at the store one would expect a decent flipping changing room. My last complaint is that they don't have carts, I looked all over for a basket and couldn't find one. I got a little narked when my arms began to shake because of the weight of what I wanted to buy carrying it around he store. Seriously Old Navy sort this stuff out. Terrible customer service. I was just here a minute ago and have to tell you about the worst customer service I've ever had. I was at the cash register after my transaction with an unhappy new Old Navy employee helping me named SAM, she threw the receipt at me. IT LANDED ON THE COUNTER. What happened to putting the receipt in the bag or asking the customer if they would rather keep it? Don't shop here. Not professional or polite. Folks that work here don't like their job otherwise they'd serve customers as though we were the ones providing their company revenue. Never will I find myself going into this Old Navy again, even if I was just around the corner getting gas at Costco. They display unprofessionalism on many levels. read more

This old navy has officially made it to one of my favorite stores it has great prices and it's very well kept organized and clean I'm not exactly sure the gentleman who helped me check out but I think he is the store manager he was so helpfull he saw I was going to pay and instead of having me wait he got on the cashier and checked me out he also called back up so no customer had to wait in a line wish I could have gotten his name he really did make my experience at old navy better read more

I really like this location - it is close to my house and has tons of parking. They usually aren't super busy so it is nice to shop without people pushing and shoving. It is also one of the cleanest stores I have been in (the one in Fashion and Mission are usually so messy). I can usually find what I am looking for and then some. Great place to get reasonable priced basics as well as some cute trendy items. I love their long sleeve t-shirts in the winter and tanks in the summer. read more

Walked by Old Navy and saw a sign for 40% off everything in store. I went inside and and got over $200 worth of merchandise. When I got to the register, the girl (manager type, dyed red hair in pony tail) said that the sale was over. I told her that the sign was still up, and that I felt she needed to honor it. She called an employee to immediately take the sign down and did so while I was watching. She then told me the sign was no longer up so it wasn't an issue. She was rude, loud and very unaccommodating. I opened a credit card there a few months ago and do a lot of shopping for my grand boys. I won't be back. read more

Worst service I have ever had in a store, they have two people at the register while there is 15 people in line and none of them know how to ring anything up. so helpful and staff is very friendly. Jasmine and Lizzi were awesome! We were having issues with my card, customer service on the phone was being of no help at all. I have been going to this old navy since 2009 and it has always had great customer service in the past; however, as of recently it has gone downhill as far as management is concerned. Customer service is a huge factor for me when choosing where to spend my money. I have been there 4 times in the last 4 months and one of the managers, a younger male, has the worst people skills and has led to me finding another old navy location to shop at. Over the holidays the registers were backed up and instead of him opening another register immediately he proceeded to continue working on other things thus putting the customers last. Last weekend I went in because i received a text message advertising the the entire store was 30-60 percent off. The items I wanted to purchase were supposedly an exclusion to the sale which totaled around $200. So the cashier asked this same member of management about the sale and he insisted that the items I chose were not part of the sale and refused to make it right since I had pulled them off the rack that had a sign directly over them. I normally don't yelp corporate stores however I feel like it was only necessary. Came in for some school shopping for my daughter. Everything was very picked thru which is expected as I am shopping last minute. First off, the blonde girl who was working on the go backs was very rude. Giving me snooty looks as if I'm in HER way of her being able to place this one navy green dress where is belongs. Mind you I have my son in a stroller who is also "in her way". Moving foward to check out. The girl at the register calls me by saying "next customer" in a stale tone. At checkout she is so dead with zero personality and coming off forward and snobby. She then gives me the WRONG total and laughs it off by saying "haha my bad I meant.. $76.72" I normally have a decent experience here but this time it was almost worth not coming in. Come on old navy get it together.. You have gap and banana republic you know good customer service!! I ordered a pair of size 6 shoes on Old Navy's website. I received one six 6 left shoe and one size 8 right shoe. I know this specific Old Navy is not to blame for what I received but the way they handled my return was both unprofessional and uninformative. I went in and the cashier was unsure how to do the online return. She called the (assumed) manager up and I mentioned how the shoes were the wrong size and he ignored me. He then proceeded to explain to her how to process the return, and when I asked "it would be nice if I could get them again as two same sizes?" (implying that I was hoping they would at least order them for me), the manager acted surprised they were incorrect but didn't offer to order me anything new or make me feel comfortable during the return. They proceeded to tell me my money would return to my card directly (which was the only informative thing they even said to me), however I never received any form of apology considering the company they work for basically made me pay $7 dollars (aside from the price of the shoes) to ship two different sized shoes to my house. I believe that is both unfair and unprofessional and I can almost guarantee I will not be shopping at Old Navy again. read more

Service here is really lacking. I have to plan at least 20 minutes to stand in line just to check out and deal with associates who don't know what they are doing. So I'm a regular shopper of old navy and recently had to go to Fashion Valley to shop in their maternity department. I bought a cami for $16. Went to another store and was able to buy the same cami for $5. So i went to my local Old Navy to return the expensive one. I am not a person who usually returns stuff so i was totally ready to fight to return the Cami. I had no problems whatsoever. The gentleman(didn't catch his name) was folding clothes when I walked in and went straight over to the register to help me out since the other cashiers where occupied. He asked why I was returning the top and i told him I found it cheaper else where and he said he would totally have done the same. I know it seems trivial but I have had arguments before about returning unworn merchandise and the fact that the transaction was effortless and didn't make me feel guilty at all was awesome! My complaint isn't with the store necessarily but with the "super cash" policy.... So the coupon reads "maximum of 3 coupons per transaction" however when you get to the counter you are told although it says 3, its really only 1 leaving you with separating out all your goods into piles of $20/$40 increments to use all your coupons. When I read to the cashier what the coupon says her genius response was "ya but the computer only allows 1 to be used and the computer isn't capable of overriding a price..seriously?!?! I have some retail experience under my belt and that is not only the most ridiculous thing I've heard but an absolute lie. I wont be falling for one of their "promotions" again.. read more
