I would give negative stars if I could. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this place just doesn't do good business. They advertise some of there things through Facebook marketplace and I arranged a deal, agreed on a price, and told David a time frame that I would pick the stroller up at. I arrived at the time I told him and when I entered David was not there and when asking the woman at the counter about it she said David was not in today which is fine I just came for the stroller but low and behold they had sold it to someone else earlier that day. If you're going to sell it out from under me that's fine it's messed up but fine. The least he could have done was message me and told me so I didn't waste my time and gas driving 30 miles there and another 30 back just to be empty handed but I received no such message nor was there any offer to try and sell me a different stroller or even some type of empathy for the situation. Don't waste your time or money with this business...they don't deserve it. read more

The overweight woman was very rude to my mom today. There was a man emptying trash in the dumpster and my mom told him he is wasn't supposed to use that dumpster. She parked at the end of the strip mall and the owner pulled up in a large black vehicle and almost hit my mom's SUV. She started screaming at my mom repeatedly and said that was her husband emptying the trash. My mom repeatedly apologized to her and she wouldn't stop screaming and threatened my mom with the police. My mom's SUV has side cameras and a camera in the front and back. I wish you would of called the police because you would of been arrested because you almost hit her car and I'm reporting you. I'm reading your reviews and it looks like you enjoy being rude and bullying others. I will share what you did and let people know not to frequent your store. I would be careful using your vehicle as a weapon. Tomorrow I'm taking her car to Toyota to get the footage off the rear camera and I'm asking the police to review it. read more

Stopped in to check out prices on used play kitchens, they were outdated and clearly pre owned, not in pristine condition, when I asked for the price the lady at the counter informed me the prices were on stickers on the tops of them, when I saw the 120 dollar tag I asked her if that was correct? This is a fabulous place to pick up gently used toys & clothes for baby's. Most of the toys and children's outdoor slides are in perfect condition. Trust me I'm not a resale shopper but it really pays to shop resale for baby's because they hardly use it. I'm a new grandmother and it's nice when my grandson comes to our house he has toys and everything he needs. The owner is very hard working and always open check this hot spot out. Went in to look for winter clothes. Spent about 20 mins looking at the entire store. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. There was no one else in the store expect one other lady and the entire time I was in there they were gossiping about the one lady's significant other. The prices were also higher then other resale shops I've been too, and some items were only $1 less then brand new items would be at a big box store. I've gone in twice in the last couples months and for one the whole store smells really strongly of some kind of nasty perfume. Not what you want on babies. I saw a pair of shoes that were priced hugher than the same pair I just bought my daughter brand new 3 days ago. I've been looking for a particular type of stroller so I've gone to several regular retail stores and saw that this baby resale stote also had about 5 strollers priced higher than the new ones also. The clothes were also in very poor condition compared to other resale stores. I even saw a little sweater that Walmart sold new last week for $2.84 on sale here for $4.99. This place is a joke, they went to my friends yard sale made a sob story so she sold very cheap just to go to the resale shop seen her stuff being sold top dollar. I love this store and I just can't say enough about it! The owner, Gloria, is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. The products are CLEAN and well organized. The variety is amazing. The prices are great. I told Gloria, if she doesn't have it then I don't need it. If you buy here, prepare to be ripped off with garage sale quality broken/dangerous junk and if you bring stuff in to sell, the owner (woman with glasses and bad hair dye job) will treat you like scum, like she's better than you. I called on a Monday to see when they do their buying. I told them what I have and they told me when to come in. I go in and didn't see any employees. I look around and still only see two women talking. Turns out they are owner/employee. They didn't greet me or anything when I walked past them multiple times when I kept looking for an employee. I asked if they worked there and they said yes. I asked if they were buying, they asked what, I said clothes, and the lady just brushed me off rudely and said no. I drove all the way to this store, kids in tow, for nothing and they were rude. The owner should tell her employees when and what she's buying instead of them unknowingly giving out wrong information. Their stuff is also really expensive and not nice items. A Baby Trend stroller for $85 is insane. Don't come here unless you want to be treated rudely and want to buy overpriced items. read more

I just saw this place and was excited to visit because I buy pretty much all of my sons clothes from resale stores and this is really close to me. Overall, I think it's well organized and they seemed to have an ok selection, including seasonal stuff which I find can be sold out at other stores. Prices of some clothes seem decent. Some are a bit pricey but there is also cheaper stuff. But a few things bring my review down. 1.) I don't think I would shop here for anything other than clothes. Looking around a bit it seemed on the higher end, price-wise, for used baby stuff. 2.) When I went to check out the lady told me it was 14.33. I pulled out my card and gave it to her and she used a square to charge me. When I went to sign it showed 15.33. I asked why it was 15.33 and that I thought she said 14.33. She told me she added a dollar charge for card use. While I find it kind of silly that at 14 dollars you are still adding a card charge (I understand $5-10), what REALLY got me was that she didn't even say anything. She just took my card and added the dollar to the total. Who does that? Kind of horrible customer service. I did say "it would have been nice if you had told me about that charge." and she didn't respond. 3.) When I got home and was cutting the tags off the shirts that were more lightweight jersey material (like a normal tee shirt) I noticed that the pricing gun had left small holes in all of them. The only ones that were spared were woven fabric shirts and one that the tag happened to go through a seam rather than the fabric. Dear owner: I'd recommend putting the price tag in the TAG of the shirt, switching the way you price tag things, or (if it is user error) training people to use the price tag gun more gently. Will I be back? Ha, I don't know. It's really close and obviously I will need more clothes again, but considering the above I'd probably rather avoid it and just drive further to other resale places. read more

After reading some of the other reviews I was a little bit skeptical about coming here to sell my son's baby items, but I live right down the street so I figured I would give this place a try. I had a great experience selling with Gloria. She was very nice, professional, and didn't try to low ball me like some of the other baby resale stores did. I'm not sure if the other reviewers caught her on a bad day or something but she wasn't rude to me at all. There is a very wide variety of things for sale, and I will definitely be back to spend my store credit and probably to sell additional items in the future. read more

Went into day and i was right as time went on this baby resale got better. I notice that her prices of her clothes went down . That is a good thing because when she first opened they were high, however i found her toys and shoes prices still on the high end. As the years go on i find this shop getting nicer and nicer. Stay as far away from the toys in this place as you can. They sold me a playhouse for $185 that when I got it home and in the sunlight I saw the interior walls were full of mold. The employee, who had represented herself as the owner, insisted there were "no refunds" and after a long argument, it was bumped to the alleged real store "owner" who did agree to a refund pretty much off the bat. When we took the item back to the store, the employee who was present, Sara, was completely rude, did not greet us, and tried to deduct the taxes from the entire purchase (plus the $7.99 price of some cheesy play pans they had thrown in, which I was fine with paying for since we forgot them at home). After a big hoopla, I called the owner who tried to pass the buck to Sara and initially stood behind this $25 "charge" against our refund. Eventually the owner finally told her to give us our money back, but not before I had to threaten to take further action regarding their resale license for selling faulty stuff. This place is looking for fast money with clearly no regard for the safety of your children. Mold is DEADLY and can cause serious lung damages or asthma in children who were otherwise healthy. Beware buyers!!! It took a battle to get what I paid back. read more

Great baby resale store! I was surprised at how large the store was and their huge selection of baby items, not just clothes and toys. I had been searching high and low for months for a reasonably priced Halo in good condition and was so happy ABC advertised for one on Facebook. I reached out to the owner and he was gracious enough to put it on hold for me. When I went the next day to purchase the bassinet the woman at the cash register was so friendly and helpful, and we ended up purchasing the bassinet and a few other items. Babies grow so fast! So toys and clothing don't get much wear most of the time, but they can be pretty darn expensive. This resale shop has a great selection of toys and clothing, the quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. And, they will repurchase those things that baby grows out of, like walkers, swings, bouncers, strollers, cribs. I save a fortune buying things for my grandson, and usually find the perfect items to replace the thing he is growing out of. So glad this store seems to be doing well, expanding to twice the space they had when they opened. read more

I enjoy this store I have purchased items and I have sold items to this store I don't think they low ball... people have to realize that they have to make money to .. your items u sell can sit on the selfs for months and there used so your not going to get what u paid for it. Today I went in again and got a baby hat for summer and a book. When I went to leave my car wouldn't start. So I went back in and ask if I could use there phone .the lady was super nice and let me use her phone to call my husband she also offered to pull her car around and lend me a hand to jump start my car.
