So many great items, all in good condition and like new or new. My favorite purchase was an umbrella stroller - it was only $20 and lasted me the past 5-6 years through several kids. The tires were bigger than most you get at big box stores and it could go on every terrain with us. It was such a great stroller for such a small price. Lots of zoo and SeaWorld trips! Neutral opinion on this store. They don't pay much for anything you bring and they sell their things like they're almost new. The clothes selection isn't that great for sizes above 12 months but I have found a couple of gems. This is kind of a bad review so don't read if you're sensitive to that sort of thing: Lots of cute vintage items sold by a different vendor in the store. Pricing is unlisted tho so that makes shopping for these cute thrift items almost impossible because you don't know that the dress you like is $60 until the clerk personally texts the seller and gets a price. Two young people (not mothers most likely) work there and you can tell they have likely never had a child. Which is fine for them and anyone really but It felt weird to me to shop at a baby resale store with two people who honestly seem "anti child". Like almost judging me for being pregnant. Lol. Not the friendliest customer service. And very edgy dancing music playing in the store which is cool but again not very on theme. They would be great baristas! Not great for maternity clothes and baby items. On my way out I asked for the price of an item and the gurl standing right next to me for a while was like "I don't know ask the person at the front" like very dismissive but I'm like "why are you following me around if you don't know the pricing on these items." I felt pretty 50/50 about this place. A lot of the items seemed overpriced for a resale store. For example, I saw a plain collared toddler shirt for around $4, which felt high for something secondhand. I only ended up finding a couple things worth buying. My biggest issue was the customer service. There's an older woman working there (not sure if she's the owner or manager), and the way she spoke came off really condescending. It wasn't necessarily what she said, but her tone. It felt like she had an attitude, and it honestly made me not want to ask any questions or interact. The first my husband and I went to sell our baby clothes we had a great experience, the young lady was helpful and professional. Went back and the owner was the complete opposite. We went to sell a swinging chair, difficult for us but had to. They check to make sure everything is good, offers us $10 for it when retail is $60. Im hesitant, first baby and I became attached to some of his things, and she rudely remarks: "You dot have to sell it. We don't sell stuff like this often." Than I see then posting it in their instagram as a "popular item" Her attitude was awful. Never went back. Go somewhere else. read more

The store overall is clean and well organized. The items that they sell are either cheap, very used, or outdated. I have been to the store twice and I have yet to find anything that really catches my eye. The older cashier lady has a bit of an attitude - not friendly at all. Should've just read the other reviews about how bad this place is. The staff is very rude and passive. I used to come in just to shop for clothes and it was fine to just go in and out. I am now pregnant and have been given tons of hand-me-downs of baby to toddler clothes, and maternity clothes (many brand new with tags) from family and after going through the ones I wanted I decided I would sell the rest here because i'm used to selling at Plato's Closet next door thinking it's the same process but it's not lol. First time I tried to sell, I called twice and no one answered so I just went in. I went up to the register with my bag and the lady - pretty sure she's the owner - was standing there but said i'll be with you in a minute. I stood there for a few minutes until she looked back up again and said "can I help you?" with a tone as if she was annoyed I was still standing there?? I said I had a bag of clothes to donate and she said she can't look through it cuz she's alone and there's no time and I would have to make a same day appointment another day. That's fine, I had never tried to sell here before so I didn't know that's how it works. I came in another day to shop, I didn't bring in my bags to sell because I didn't realize I'd be in the area and I didn't make an appointment. I overheard the same lady on the phone talking to a customer wanting to sell their clothes. She gave a big list of things they're not taking and basically saying to sort it all out before they get here because that's her time, they were back and forth on the phone for a few minutes before it sounded like the lady on the other end of the phone decided not to come in cuz of how complicated she was making it for her. To an extent I get sorting through the clothes, but when you have a pile of clothes and a giant list that's pretty specific (also just for clothing credit not cash), it's difficult from a customer standpoint. Also considering they limit to one bag, I don't think it's difficult for them to just put the clothes to the side that they know they can't take as they know and remember what they can and can't take better than a customer being told over the phone. LASTLY, few weeks went by and I was ready to sell the clothes because I finally had time during a slow day at work. I called at 10:50am and asked what times she had available and I was told 11:30, 12:30, and 1pm. She proceeded with the long list of things they're not taking and that I am limited to one box. I said it's a bag and she asked what specific type of bag (i'm assuming she didn't want to go through a trash bag size lol). I said it was a medium bag and she said okay that's fine. I chose the 11:30 time slot and I left work for my break and I was going through the bag to help her out as I wanted to just take out the stuff she said they're not taking right now. It was going to take longer than expected cuz I was trying to remember everything she said but honestly couldn't. I called 10 minutes after I had JUST called to schedule my appointment, and I asked if I could switch to the 12:30 and she said no it's taken. I said okay no worries can I can't the 1pm? and she said no that's taken too. I was understanding until this point cuz after every experience it gets more and more frustrating. I said "you booked the 2 other slots in the last 10 minutes?" and she said yep nothing else is available today. Sure, maybe they did book, but if i'm being honest, with how every experience has gone down in that store or over the phone, and after reading other reviews I really don't think that's true. She said so are you still coming right now, and I said no I will make an appointment a different day. Honestly, I'm done trying here just for clothing credit. I have a lot of good baby, toddler, and maternity clothes to give and I don't think the process should be so difficult, but I believe it is a lack of wanting to do anything considering they are rude and passive. Especially considering this store works with a lot of pregnant women, moms of babies, etc. they need to be a lot better about their customer experience. This is such an awful store! A BABY THRIFT STORE. I see based on all of the other reviews that most people feel the same! The staff is very, very rude and annoyed that you are even there. The blonde older lady that is the supposed owner, is the worst! She is condescending and has attitude every time. The curly hair lady with glasses, is also a snot and hates to be bothered with any questions of any sort. It's amazing the stuff that they will not buy, when the stuff on the shelves that they already have is in gross condition! They consistently lowball, and make it so it's not even worth it. It is the principal and I would rather donate to the Goodwill for free, then to allow them to literally give you pennies for something they will sell for such profit. I have found much cuter and nicer items, at the Goodwill for a fraction of the cost. They are a baby thrift store. End of story. This is not a boutique in the least and they should really stop acting like they think they are lol. It's funny that they label themselves as a "Christian business" on their website, what a joke lol. Every time I think I will give them one more chance, it's just as bad or worse every time. And trust me, I have been in this store many times in the past 17 years or so, and they never change! Made an appointment to sell a few items. I got there way too early (over an hour) and it was busy so I totally understood that they couldn't take me earlier. Waited in the car while my baby napped. Husband waited in car too. Went back in to sell my brand new never used baby swing that was purchased for $120 and got offered $10! I showed the lady the price on Amazon and she ended up giving me $20. I feel robbed like many others have said in their comments. I wouldn't have sold it if I didn't drive so far and had waited so long for the appointment. I probably wouldn't care so much if the lady was nicer. She was completely unprofessional and rude. Ad on Instagram also said "name brand shoes" get CASH and she told me the shoes were mixed in with the clothes for store credit only. There were two pairs of brand new name brand baby shoes and she only gave me $5 for one. I was fed up at that point and just took it, but if anyone is reading this SAVE your time and sell somewhere else. So disappointed. read more

I've had multiple issues with this place over the last couple years but keep going back. Their prices are good Their customer service is the absolute worst. But they're nice to some people and very helpful with others but weren't with me. i went in because they posted on Instagram no appointment necessary for selling but i go n n they are upset i didnt make an appointment. The only person that was nice was the one that checked out. I brought my stroller that was perfectly fine when i walked it in i walked away for a while n suddenly it's broken after then saying it's good too. I called to ask questions of how to sell items and the lady was very friendly! You have to call the day of to make an appointment to sell. So the next day I called right at 10am and I brought all my items, they have to be brought in proper bags, no trash bags. I brought in a lot of our items we held onto from our son's baby shower so they were in large gift bags. They purchased our brand new out of box stroller for cash and clothes in exchange for store credit that can be used within a year. She was very helpful and I look forward to coming back to use my store credit! read more

Don't waste your time and sell your used/new items on an app. Lady with glasses and curly hair is rude the owners sister apparently was there too and couldn't even give a smile/make eye contact as they said hello. They both just seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Sold a couple items, one item the seat had a stain and she told me all my items were going to need a good cleaning as if they were so dirty and they simply weren't. It's like she was trying to give me less money and that was the excuse. Meanwhile the play area for kids at the back is absolutely disgusting and every toy is covered in dirt/germs. It's funny how picky they are about what they sell but what they provide is nasty. I sold the items because I was there and at that point was over it but they offer nothing compared to offer up or honestly it's probably easier to just donate the items then deal with rude people who hate their job. Do your research before selling or buying from here. Some items are priced reasonably others not so much. Selling is almost not worth your time, they are extremely picky ( which I understand to a degree ) And will often you hardly nothing for your gently used items... then turn around & mark them up 3 or 4 times of what they bought it for. For example I sold them a like new condition swing, over a $200 valve and the lady who's always at the front with glasses offered me $30!!! I did end up selling it cause none of my local friends needed one and I simply don't have to storage space for it. It also wouldn't bother me so much but the lady with the glasses is snarky as heck and really shouldn't be in this line of work. Please do research on items before purchasing here. We bought a travel system from here but when we went to register the product, there was a recall on the car seat. When we called to see if they could make an exception to return the items, they wouldn't budge and told us to deal with the maker of the travel system. Can't even sell it to another resale place because they either don't take car seats or they don't take items that have recall. We likely won't be returning to shop. As a business owner, I would not have given the "oh well," type of response to my customer. read more

First things first I understand they have to make a profit over what they are buying and are going to resale. However; what they offer is literally not worth the attitude, and not worth the unfriendly customer service that comes along with them lowballing you. The "buyer" (lady with glasses) is really rude, and has an attitude. I'm not sure what it is but you can't even get a smile from her. And I'm noticing a lot of these one star reviews are because of her. She is very VERY picky, there literally can't be one tiny stain or a speck of anything or else she isn't Interested OR she will deduct more money from the offer. It's ridiculous because a lot of items in the store aren't even in the best conditions compared to my items which were either in the box still or gently used. What baffles me though is the play area they have for the kids is DISGUSTING. Dirty. Gross. They advertise on their socials that you can "come on in anytime" to sell your baby items. (Unless clothing) she had asked if I had an appointment I said no because im selling gear not clothing but she was clearly visibly annoyed I didn't make an appointment prior? Keep in mind I had baby gear to sell, NO CLOTHES. So heads up make an appointment before selling to them, It might save you some attitude coming your way. Both the selling and the buying is ridiculous ! I decided to take my chance after reading the reviews and made the 30 minute drive. Just like others I decided to just take the money the rude unprofessional lady offered me. I wasted gas and my time going there. I was mislead by their Instagram post which said cash for wi her clothes, name brand shoes and toys. Yet she only offered store credit or if I wanted the cash she could only do half of what the store credit was. I was so upset and just took the cash since I didn't want to purchase anything from them. They gave me a quarter for each item and they want to sell for $15 ! Insane ! Every single time I've been here, I've had a bad experience. And I always leave feeling ripped off. I was told something I brought in to sell was not "name brand", so it doesn't count for cash, only store credit. I personally paid a little under $70 for the set retail, my daughter wore it once, so it was in perfect condition. I got I believe maybe $2-$4 of ONLY STORE CREDIT for it. Next day I look on their Instagram, and they have it listed and advertised as NAME BRAND and sold the set of $35. It sold in one day, even though the woman said it's a tough sell because it's seasonal. I feel taken advantage of. 1 star is completely accurate for them because the only positive is that you can make a same day appointment. Do not waste your time selling here. I love this place but there's two sides to it that as consumers I think it's good to know. First the good: They usually have a lot of stuff there and their prices are good, usually half of what you would pay. Not to mention the stuff is gently used so it's still in good condition and for the most part clean. The location is good and the store is spacious. Parking is also good. They have some cute boutique style things that are sometimes pricey but super cute. But anything you're looking for is usually in there. Also they're good about Instagram posts and DM responses too so if you're looking for something just call or DM they and they can tell you. This is a great thing with Covid-19. The bad: Some of the ladies are rude. Most of the cashier ladies are super nice and helpful but the lady in the back desk not so much. Maybe she is stressed? Aside from that it is a total rip off to bring your things in here to sell. I brought in a swing that they only gave me $12 for but are selling for $69! That's a pretty good profit for them but as a frequent customer I feel that's a crap way to keep me coming in and spending my hard earned cash on their stuff when they can't even give me a better offer on things I bring in that they make money off of. Also my daughter is 15 months and they had next to nothing clothes wise for her. But they have lots for 12 months and under. Not sure about bigger sizes since I don't shop those. In short, it's a great place to find great stuff for a better price. But beware if you wanna bring your things in... they will low ball you without hesitation. (Nuna car seat, play pen, Love every activity center, and brand new baby clothes!! Lots!!) and she had an attitude on taking them. I was very nice to her at first but she continuously kept saying that I needed an appointment because it was just her today. I told her that if I would have known I would have done so or just not came at all!! She was very rude and didn't make me feel welcomed. I didn't feel like selling to them after this. they didn't state that on their instagram or online. One of my favorite resell shop for kids clothes. Kids outgrown clothes so quickly, and with 3 kids this store helps me from bleeding money. I especially love coming in when my coupon card is complete and make a huge purchase with the 30% (?) discount applied. They also have so many other ways to save money, there's Yelp checking in, Instagram tagging, frequent buyer bag discount, plus the various Instagram deals they post on their page. Make sure to follow them to grab great finds as soon as they post, the really cute stuff posted sells quick. You can also call and hold or pay over phone, which is convenient when you know you won't be able to make it in same day. 4 stars just because I do get less when I resell here, compared to other children resell places. read more

Went in looking for summer clothes for my daughters. I have a wagon and was unable to get through the racks of clothes. I also didn't see any signs to show which sizes where in what rack, you had to get close enough to see a small sign on the hangers. So i was unable to see any clothes and left after 5 minutes. The only place i was able to fit was the toy section. Good selection of toys. I would suggest separating the clothing racks a bit more so mom's with strollers can move freely. read more

Good to buy, bad to sell. The clothes there are reasonably priced and super cute and in like-new condition. The toys there are okay but you can tell they've been played with a good amount. I sold a large playpen a rocker and 5 toys and got $20 for all that! They were all in pretty good condition too. I was just gonna donate it though so at least I got something lol The girl working there was nice and helpful.
