It should be called Ten Star Fresh! They are a small outfit that sells their pasta at their manufacturing location in Biddeford, Maine. Just email them if you are anywhere within 30 minutes of Biddeford and see what time you can buy their pastas or be at the Kennebunk Farmers Market first thing Saturday mornings before they sell out. Email ahead if you need gluten free which is made on the same equipment as regular pasta. However, people with celiac disease have eaten it with no side effects so it just depends on how sensitive you are to wheat. Amazing quality and taste. The best gluten free pasta anywhere and I have tried them all. I live in the greater Boston area (two hour drive) and will definitely be a repeat customer. Worth the time and trouble to find this pasta for family members that have celiac disease and are gluten intolerant. Eric and Susan are super customer friendly and this is the first time I added a business to Yelp just so I could post a great review. Eric said to email him anytime I wanted lasagna noodles, etc... I throw them in a casserole with some sauce and mozzarella cheese and dinners ready in no time. You can also buy their pasta and sauces at your favorite market. Their website shows what markets sell their pasta. This is a family run business so quality of their product never varies. They have been making pasta since 1947. Their pasta has the perfect chew when eating. After you eat their pasta you will never buy that store brand again!
