First of all, both of these flavors were out of this world. We ate both with oil and maldon flakes and no sauce. The lobster ravioli were stuffed full of delicious filling with actual lobster meat. The wild mushroom was super herby and earthy mushroom flavors. The pasta... is perfect. The filling is perfect. Its the absolutely perfect ratio of filling and pasta thickness. none of them broke. They were the ultimate homemade pasta. If you're in Maine, and you need a break from nonstop lobster.... (Except stuffed lobster ravioli) , I cannot recommend this place enough.

Personally I'd simply acquire all the needed ingredients from them and make it myself. The wine tasting on Thursdays is a great way to sample a variety of new-to-you wines along with bites of their cheeses. Fun way to sample and perhaps find a new favorite. The cheese tasted better as it went along, probably getting closer to room temperature where it really shines. --- The flavors and textures were all impressive with the one exception of the ciabatta-- a little on the firm side, but that could be symptomatic of my late Sunday visit. I give them a pass for that and applaud this VERY good sandwich. --- Incredible value! This had to weigh at least 3 pounds and could easily have fed two people, and for only slightly more than a McDonald's "value" meal. Normally, I would wait and try it again before reviewing, but the city of Lynn isn't easy for me to get to, so now it is and it's an easy 4.
