    Boxes in trunk better than a game if Tetris.

    Excellent customer service. I had a huge print job and needed help getting it to my car. The store manager Elizabeth got a cart and personally helped me. I wasn't sure everything would fit, but she did an admirable job and got all the boxes to fit in my tiny car in the blazing sun, too, better than a high scoring game of Tertis. I waited my turn in line for 10-15 minutes because they were busy and I don't expect that just because I am in a hurry, extra staff will magically appear out of nowhere to assist. The girls behind the counter were doing the best they could. Make sure you allow time if you have copy and print services in mind.

    FEDEX Customer beware!! FedEx is a fortune 500 company that…read moreis predicated on large domestic and international shipping orders. If the corporations have a problem, FedEx will pay attention to their issues. If you're a little guy you're screwed, aka me. Eight days ago I shipped a parcel to have it overnighted and paid 100 bucks to do so from this venue. The next day I received a email stating that my shipment will be delayed, and not delivered until Friday, so much for the overnight expense. Then I was told my parcel was delivered, however, the intended recipient tells me they have not received it nor has anybody in that office. FedEx now tells me they have opened up an investigation, which they have now closed with no explanation or refund to me, moreover, I'm told I can call customer service, all you will get there is either Haji or Muhammad from Pakistan with whom you cannot understand a word they speak. ( this is intentional on their part ) I am now out $312 plus $100 for shipping & no my only recourse is Yelp and Google review plus fill out a claim on their site that will never get answered. TAKE NOTE! I full on support the vandalization and sabotage of their unattended trucks.

    What could go wrong? Sadly, everything. Twice…read more I dropped off my own Astrobright paper (Teal) and a sample of my desired finished product. A tri-folded, printed sheet of teal paper. It's my annual new year's card. I asked for 175 copies, giving them 200+ sheets of paper I special ordered. Upon pick up, I find 250 sheets sloppily folded, corners not matched up, with nothing printed on them. The clerk who took the original order looked at me quizzically. He at first blamed me for not telling him I wanted them printed. I showed him the sample, which they'd kept. Remember this? He didn't seem to. Net net, they screwed up. Offered to re-do. Which I accepted, for same day pick up. Fast forward... 5:30p.... they printed the correct message, but on the WRONG color, and the folds were neat but folded inward, again, not matching the sample I had left. They didn't charge for either mess-up, but I'd wasted so much time on this place. Their print manager had even called me to confirm before the re-do. He didn't bother to say the color would not match. And he didn't check the fold on the sample. What could go wrong? EVERYTHING TWICE. Staples LaQuinta? Never again.
