The absolute best! When I moved to La Quinta 4 years ago, Bob came over to the house and set up all my computers perfectly. I have not had any computer problems for over 4 years. Today I was having a little difficulty figuring out the backup status (I'm 85), called Bob and within 3 minutes he took care of everything. Highly recommended. read more

Have been using Bob for years when he had his store in La Quinta. Even though he is remote now, Bob is prompt and very experienced in his knowledge of computers. A quick call was promptly returned and he fixed my wife's issue right away. Do not hesitate to use Bob for your computer issues as he has a wealth of knowledge in this area of computers. read more

Quick! Affordable, friendly extremely knowledgeable and honest. Available for questions.

Not sure if this is the repair store I was taking my desktop to for a long time to try to have them re pair what they started and finally they kicked me out of the repair store after I started to run out of patience and time wasting. One of the repair guys was a heavy set Mexican and other was slim white guy, They changed their location several times , but it appear to be in the same location I was going to or close to it. Not giving any stars because not !00% sure . read more

First used Bob in 2014 on a laptop that I had not used for 2 years. A friend wanted it to make his music on it. Bob installed everything new with just the basic apps. $99.00 charged. The computer still runs wonderfully. Yesterday my husbands computer (all in one) stopped working. Bob again came to our rescue. This one didn't need to as much care so it was only $75.00. Fast repair, great communication, reasonable price. Bob is no longer at the La Quinta shop but works out of his home. Same contact number. read more

Two days later, I did receive a callback from Bob, the owner. He said that he has given up that La Quinta space and that he is now working from home. He is still his knowledgeable, positive self, and he is plenty busy, so the wrong address doesn't put a dent in his customer base. I'm revising my review from 1 up to 4. Bottom line, call him. read more

I drove over to the Computer Repair Company last year and they were closed. I had used Bob a number of times before and he was always very skilled, professional and would take care of whatever I needed. And often, he would fix it remotely which was really great. I'd been having issues with a new computer I recently purchased. I thought....well, I'll just try the old number and hope. Sure enough, I got a call back and Bob came over the next day and quickly fixed my computer issues and further, clearly explained all to me. He did all for a reasonable price. Great to have my computer re-united with Bob! read more

Good find, use these guys! read more

Five stars, I'm on holidays visit and my laptop decided to black screen on me. I applause Miguel for quickly figuring out the issue and temporarily fixing mini broken pieces inside the laptop, I was able to continue to do some remote works until return home and get a replacement later. Very friendly and great service. read more

Responsive. Went the extra mile. Reasonable pricing.

I really appreciate the honesty of the folks at Computer Repair Company. My Acer laptop died and so I took it in to see if they could fix the issue. They suggested we determine if the adapter/power cord was the issue first, but they didn't have one that worked with my laptop. So they offered to order one. If it worked, I would pay for it. If not, they would not charge me! Incredible! Unfortunately, the power cord wasn't the problem. They offered to run diagnostics, but said I could wind up paying at least half what the laptop was worth. Decided to cut my losses. Lesson learned on buying cheap laptops. Thanks CRC for being straight up with me. I'll bring all of my computers here in the future. read more

This is the ONLY place I would ever take my Mac or PC. They have been supporting me in my many offices as well as my personal computer. Thank you Bob, Miquel, and Sergio. I don't know what I'd do without you. Love you guys! Dr. Veronica Slaughter Palm Desert, CA read more

I have been going to Computer Repair for 4 years and haven't had any problems. I had a bad virus recently and Leo had it fixed by the next day. I didn't even lose any data. All this and reasonable prices. What else could you ask for? read more

The screen on my macbook pro completely cracked and I was frantic trying to find someone who will service Apple products. I took it in and Miguel explained the outrageous cost of the replacement part (not their fault, it's Apple!) and the quick process of ordering it and replacing the screen. I ended up just buying a new computer - not a mac! lol But I really appreciated his honesty and how friendly he was. If I have any issues with my pc, I will definitely be calling them! read more

I am a very discerning consumer and get very frustrated with the low level of service these days so I rarely leave a review. However, these guys are the best deal in town for computers. A full installation of motherboard, cpu, liquid cooling, gpu, and memory for $139? Stop it. There is 100 different ways an installation with this many parts could go sideways. They do not always play nice with each other. But Miguel made it happen and made it look nice to boot. Computer Repair Co.. has made a new loyal customer read more

These guys are great. Absolutely great. We've used them for several years now, and our most recent experience was just as terrific as those in the past. They fixed what the Geek Squad said couldn't be repaired, and saved me the cost of replacing my HP Spectre. They're young guys, but remind me of the old vendors who built their businesses on truly good service. read more

I almost bought a new laptop. Battery was not holding a charge at all. My buddy told me to try this place first...just to see. For about $150 they put in a brand new battery and now my laptop battery life is like new. They saved me about a grand!! I told them that my laptop is running a bit slow...no problem. I will have them replace the hard drive for a couple hundred bucks, if that. These guys are amazing. read more

Admitted computer illiterate, I had a long list of "HELP ME" from setting up a NIXPLAY replacement (framed photos) to figuring out why my SmartHub (phone) was not working and of course the updates on my computer. Miguel is the best !! I would never want anyone else to fix these devices! I also have an annual program with Computer Repair which allows me to call in and get immediate help. My business is all on line. This is a great relief to know them! Highly recommend. read more

When my old computer crashed, I purchased a new Dell PC, knowing I would need help setting it up. Fortunately, I found the fantastic "Computer Repair Company" in La Quinta. Bob and his son took control and I had a completely set up computer the same day. They also answered all questions I gave them as to the new options it had, compared to my 9 year old model. This is clearly the place to go for help and excellent service. read more

My custom built PC I built for myself case headers fell out. I had trouble plugging them into the pin connectors. Sergio was great took him 5 minutes or less and didn't even charge me! I made sure to tip him. He was gracious and helpful. Their HONEST which is hard to find in a service industry. I have been building Computers for 20 years and I can say the prices and everything they do is excellent. I don't write reviews often, but this a very rare occurrence. Having so much knowledge on it myself I can give a educated review. read more

Sergio was great at quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Highly recommend this place.

Honestly, I have to say I'm really not satisfied. I had my significant other bring my HP Specter as it had not been working. Bob told my s/o that he'd check it out over the weekend and reach back out. Monday comes around, he then tells them he won't be able to fix it and we're better off contacting HP. Ok that's fine, but what ISNT is the box he hands my s/o with the contents of my laptop in PIECES, anticipating US to put it back together. When my significant other brought it home in pieces, I was so upset I didn't even want him to take it back to this guy. We've been attempting to put it back together ourselves and to no avail. Highly do not recommend, condescending and lousy. Thanks for nothing Bob. read more

I came home last week to find my computer "dead" -- it would not power up. I called Computer Repair and they said it was probably the power supply and they carry the parts for most computers. When I arrived, Sergio opened it up and informed me that my Dell was one of the ones they did not stock -- but -- he would have it day after tomorrow. So, less than 48 hours after dropping it off, Sergio called and he had the new power supply! When I went in, he did a complete diagnostic check of the computer to make sure it was working perfectly and I was good to go! I was impressed by how thorough they were... how quickly they got the part... and the quality of their work. I will recommend them to all of my friends! read more

Our computer wouldn't open Windows and we couldn't retrieve the thousands of photos that were on the hard drive. I brought the computer into Miguel and Bob at Computer Repair and they not only retrieved all of the photos but also loaded all of them on to our new computer.
