Had an issue with a dead screen on my 2019 MacBook Pro. I wasn't entirely sure if it was a motherboard issue or some other issue. I did all the things I knew how to do, to no avail. Mark and his team are absolutely the best. I have a iPhone that ain't as waterproof as advertised. It got wet with saltwater to make the situation worse. I had a bunch of very important info and photos on the phone that I HAD to recover. WOW... My computer got hacked BIGLY.... Took it to Repair Lab. I was worried that I would have to buy a new computer. Technology is NOT MY THING. Highly recommend this place. I brought my laptop in after I dropped it on its corner and the power button was damaged. Couldn't turn it on or off. I dropped it off at the end of the day. The next morning they called with the diagnosis and told me they could fix it that morning and that I could pick it up at 1pm. Computer works fine now. Super friendly people working there. Clearly know their stuff. And I think their ethics are also superior; they could have easily told me this was a more involved problem, but they didn't. I just needed a new power button. read more

Hmmmnm. Not sure what to make of the shop. I accidentally went swimming with my cellphone; definitely not a great idea. It is not water tight as evidenced by the water dripping out. As fast as possible I put it in a plastic bag with a 100gram bag of silica gel. I could see that the water and fog on the camera were clearing. I was afraid to turn on the phone and extract my contacts and clone the phone to my replacement, so I brought in the phone. They charged a 60 dollar service fee, and a few hours later they let me know the phone was shorted, but for 360 dollars they could extract my information. I declined. After bringing my phone home, I figured I had nothing to lose since the phone was toast. I pressed the "on" button, and the phone fired up. Everything worked, although there was no cell service. I quickly cloned the phone to my new phone without a problem, and with my wallet intact. read more

Replace iMac Screen I had a hard drive replaced in my 2017 iMac by another Palm Springs computer repair shop. The replacement went fine but they did an incomplete job of putting the screen back in place after the repair. When I tilted the screen forward it just fell out and onto the floor. The glass protecting the screen shattered. Mark and his repair techs replaced my broken screen with a new one and did in in just a few days. So this is the third time that I had to take my iPad Pro in to fix a screen for a cracked screen. So I called them, and they said that they don't cover this under warranty. So I decided not to return to this company because they charges way too much. They get it done fast. I will give them that and they say. so charming over the phone... But there's overcharging me on . I took iPad to a another computer store locally here in San Diego. and he is not charging me as much as this company does.. I would suggest to anyone that is doing any kind of research on this company to not take anything to them. I'm so piss off At this company. I can't believe that I allowed this to happen to me.
