Great service and got my iPhone charging problem resolved. Started with a quote before I arrived indicating they would do a diagnostic first and this cost would go to the repair. Took it in when they opened and within a few hours my phone was repaired. Great experience overall!! read more

I cannot recommend Repair Lab in Southern downtown Palm Springs enough! I broke the back glass of my iPhone 15 and waited far too long to get it fixed because I didn't want to be without my phone for several hours. After calling numerous places that quoted me around $400 and a 24-hour turnaround due to the complexity of the repair, I was hesitant to leave my phone anywhere.. . Thankfully, a trusted computer tech I've used before recommended Repair Lab, and I'm so grateful he did. I was offfered a much more reasonable price and, even better, a significantly faster turnaround--just a few hours instead of an entire day! My phone looks as good as new, and the experience was seamless. If you're looking for fast, affordable, and expert phone repairs, Repair Lab is the place to go! read more

I brought my IPhone for a repair due to moisture in the charging port. I thought it would need a new charging port which costs $195. They diagnosed the problem and were able to clean & fix it in 40 minutes. Charge $45. Very nice customer service, a pleasure to come here. read more

Had an issue with a dead screen on my 2019 MacBook Pro. I wasn't entirely sure if it was a motherboard issue or some other issue. I did all the things I knew how to do, to no avail. Mark and Trenton diagnosed the failure and it was (thankfully) just a dead screen. They were able to replace the screen from their inventory for WAY less than Apple (this thing is off warranty). They were quick and I had the machine back and fully functional in about 24 hours. read more

My cellphone decided to take a swim in the pool. Repair Lab and Mark took charge of the situation and saved all of my data. I had already decided to get a new cellphone, and Repair Lab sells a variety of phones having just what I wanted at, what I considered, a reasonable cost. Time was also saved not having to run around to get a new phone. Text, contacts, photos, etc. were all loaded into my new phone. The whole process took just an hour. My sincere thanks to Mark and the Repair Lab Team on El Cielo near the Palm Springs airport. read more

Mark and his team are absolutely the best. I have a iPhone that ain't as waterproof as advertised. It got wet with saltwater to make the situation worse. I had a bunch of very important info and photos on the phone that I HAD to recover. Took it to two repair shops that told me it was a lost cause to fix it but was referred to Mark and his team at Fix Lab. I dropped the phone off and a few days later mark called and recovered everything from the phone. I can't tell you how thankful I am but thank you Lab Fix Lab! I hope I never have to come back but I feel better knowing this place exists and it has the best team and overall good vibes. Thanks again Mark! read more

We have had to bring a couple of phones in to replace the batteries and each time we've called ahead, they've ordered the part and called us once it came in (usually the next day). We drop it off and it's always been done quickly, usually within a couple of hours. Never any surprises or attempts to upsell. Very happy with the service we receive there. read more

WOW... My computer got hacked BIGLY.... Took it to Repair Lab. I was worried that I would have to buy a new computer. Technology is NOT MY THING. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, explained what they would do. I left the computer. Within 3 hours they called to say ALL IS WELL again. The cost was reasonable, the staff was helpful and reassuring, and they encouraged me to call with any/all questions. Money well spent Thank you guys for all the reassurances and expertise. read more

Highly recommend this place. I brought my laptop in after I dropped it on its corner and the power button was damaged. Couldn't turn it on or off. I dropped it off at the end of the day. The next morning they called with the diagnosis and told me they could fix it that morning and that I could pick it up at 1pm. Computer works fine now. Super friendly people working there. Clearly know their stuff. And I think their ethics are also superior; they could have easily told me this was a more involved problem, but they didn't. I just needed a new power button. read more

Fabulous service! I am a regular customer. They are friendly and helpful. Always able to sort out my problems.

Hmmmnm. Not sure what to make of the shop. I accidentally went swimming with my cellphone; definitely not a great idea. It is not water tight as evidenced by the water dripping out. As fast as possible I put it in a plastic bag with a 100gram bag of silica gel. I could see that the water and fog on the camera were clearing. I was afraid to turn on the phone and extract my contacts and clone the phone to my replacement, so I brought in the phone. They charged a 60 dollar service fee, and a few hours later they let me know the phone was shorted, but for 360 dollars they could extract my information. I declined. After bringing my phone home, I figured I had nothing to lose since the phone was toast. I pressed the "on" button, and the phone fired up. Everything worked, although there was no cell service. I quickly cloned the phone to my new phone without a problem, and with my wallet intact. read more

Replace iMac Screen I had a hard drive replaced in my 2017 iMac by another Palm Springs computer repair shop. The replacement went fine but they did an incomplete job of putting the screen back in place after the repair. When I tilted the screen forward it just fell out and onto the floor. The glass protecting the screen shattered. Mark and his repair techs replaced my broken screen with a new one and did in in just a few days. The price for the part and the labor charge were very fair. Highly recommend his service. Michael read more
