The screen is black and I tried everything I could think of and online. I was planning to head back home and decided to contact Victor for a quote. He responded quick and answered my questions. I was a bit skeptical at first because I never done this before. Once we got there, Victor was friendly and his presence makes my anxiety go away for a bit, hahaha. I walked in having scheduled an appointment and there were three people waiting. I was never…read moreacknowledged and both service people were in the back. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come out front The store front was empty and anyone could have come in and stolen all the merchandise. It took 30 minutes for them to get to me. And this is with an appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait longer than walk-ins? I heard a phone ringing. There were two employees and neither answered the phone. I'm sure these young men are good at repairing cellphones, but they don't have a clue about running a store. They probably need one employee to stay out front and answer the phones. I will say that when they finally got around to me, service was good. But I think next time I will support a small local business and not this corporate-owned company. I just felt really ignored. If you do book an appointment here, be prepared to wait a long time.
