Cracked my iPhone, googled local phone repair in Indio. I was kind of hesitant since store was in the "eh" part of Indio. After calling two other places I chose Think Digital for the lower price (89.99) and faster turn around time (30 mins). I showed up not knowing what to expect. Three workers were inside and I was greeting right away. I told him I had just called and needed my cracked screen fixed. They took my phone right in and started installing a new screen. As I waiting in their shop I was looking around the place. Not the best looking building by far, but I wasn't there for the appearance of the building. Not much merchandise, and I was bored not being able to jump on my phone to pass time, but that's my problem since I'm used to having my phone. Back to my phone, it was done in 20 mins if I'd have to guess and it worked like a charm. As I write this review it's still working great 2 hours later and have a 60 day warranty on it. Great service, 4 stars for location and the dated Indio building. Wish Indio would get their act together and share some of the Coachella Fest $ on updating the older parts of the city. Really great place, had my Samsung galaxy note 10 plus fixed from a broken screen. I got it back the day after I turned it in. Super fast and reliable, got my phone like new. Also brought in an old all in one desktop computer and he was able to fix it for me and upgrade the hard drive within 2 hours. Think Digital offers fast, personalized service that goes above and beyond! I managed to drown my very expensive and unique model phone, killing it dead for a multitude of reasons. Jonathon managed, through much skill and initiative (and micro-soldering) to bring it back from the dead, and not as a Godzilla but as a fully functional, normally operating phone. I had long given up on this possibility but if he can fix this, he can fix anything! The price was more than fair, the service was fast and reliable and his communication about the process was excellent. He was very helpful with the reconfiguration process too...which is usually a PITA. Don't let the look if the place fool you. They are in a nasty store front with an unkempt office, but they are definitely on top of their game. The money they Dave on keeping up appearances, you save on repair costs. These guys are good! Worst customer service EVER!! I took 2 phones to get repaired to this place , it was recommended by a friend, never again will I step foot in this place, the guy fixing the phone has the worst customer service ever!!!! In less than 2 weeks 1 I phone cracked and the other phone screen lifted from the phone, the guy fixing the phones told me that one cracked because we dropped our phone . the second phone got the screen lifted because the phone was dropped and you can see it on the frame!! Really!!!! I know there is damage on the frame that's was the reason we brought it in to get fixed the first time, because it was dropped and the original screen was cracked. I find it funny how he can't just do a replacement but he is willing to replace it at a disount!! Worst place ever!!! Take your phones to staples they charge around the same amount and offer life time warranty!!! This place is a rip off!!! Don't waste your money on this place! read more
