AZ Wireless is TOP NOTCH!!! Absolutely Fabulous Service from start to finish. I called and explained I needed 2 iPhone screen replacements and shatter proof covers. He gave me the best deal anywhere. I called all over town and the competition was more than double the price. He replaced them both in a couple hours, Upgraded the screen covers so my phones won't break again. He has a huge selection of phone cases. I would highly recommend AZ Wireless and very friendly & kind staff. Thanks again!! Sarah read more

Had issues with first time I brought iPad as I had to return it to have it actually fixed, however, Abdul made sure to make it right and put some of the $ I had spent already prior into the next payment. He even said that the work he had gotten done for my ipad's broken charger port was insured so I could come back and get help again in case anything happened. Thanks. read more

!!!!BEWARE!!!!! My daughter took her iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the back glass replaced. Simple right? NOT for them. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. Funny thing was that when my husband arrived no longer just a kid, they were like "pay us what you think is fair". Lucky I hadn't been there because fair would have been $0.00. It's been such a headache. Now we have her phone back because it had to stay over night with them and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!! This was after paying $250.00. This shops actions really make me wonder if they know anything about cell phones. read more

Great shop walked in and immediately was helped . Danny was excellent at his job and helped perfectly . Thank you Danny for your help

I went in to see if I can have my screen replaced. Since I am bilingual he heard my Spanish and immediately started changing his dilemma towards me, he proceeded to insult me because I'm Mexican and said it's always these Spanish people. All I wanted was a screen replaced not to be insulted by my ethnic or hispanic backgrounds. I've heard this is a repetitive pattern he does, not a good look for our cultural heritage of Coachella Valley but if that's how you run business i guess so. Worst service never coming back! read more

While out on vacation my son stepped on his iPad and cracked the screen. We looked up a local store to replace the screen and found this place. I would NOT recommend this place as the quality of work is TERRIBLE. not only did they replace the broken screen they filled it with water bubbles that have not dissipated. read more

If I could leave no stars for this place I would. We should have known better than to trust a mall kiosk with an iPhone repair. The screen that was put on blocked the top data bar. You now have to guess how strong your signal is and if the battery needs to be charged. We asked for a refund and the owner refused. He began to argue and yell in the middle of the mall. We called security over and they had the old screen put back on and got the refund. read more

I'm really pleased with AZ wireless. My kids old iPad minis screen broke and AZ wireless went out of their way and changed the home button too that was scratched. Went home and the home button wasn't functioning so I brought it back the next day. The owner took it back fixed it free of charge and, apparently, had to change the screen multiple times to get it functional again. They also put on a screen protector on the way out. I can't express how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience because I was coming back preparing for battle. Customer service means a lot to me and I'll be using their services in the future. read more

My experience was subpar.. asked for help with fixing my laptop. The employee said it would be around $300 and take about a week. I agreed without going to other shops for comparison, which was my fault. About a week later I'm waiting for a call or message and I never received one. I give another 2-3 days and don't receive a call still. I show up and finally get a response after the owner made me wait in store for 15 mins to call his employee to ask if it was finished, when I could clearly see the screen was still cracked. He called on speaker phone and I heard the employee say "I haven't even ordered the screen." I had paid the day I brought it in so it could be fixed asap! 2 weeks pass and I show up again to see if my computer is "fixed". When I get home my screen glitched and wouldn't let me log back in. I go back and my solution from the employee is to refer me to another shop to fix.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! SCAMMERS!!! read more

Best phone repair shop! I had two shattered iphone screens during the past year and a half, different phones. They repaired both as good as new, and within 30 minutes. Pricing is fair and service is excellent. I done the research and seen reviews for other places and I wouldn't trust any other repair shop. I will keep being a customer here. They also use high quality parts. Thank you! read more

Abdul totally helped us out. As a parent of a child who breaks iPads for a living, we're frequent flyers here and they always do us right.

If you have a cell phone you must visit this store. The salesman is very friendly and very knowledgeable about his merchandise and about phones. I bought my case for my new phone here. They had so many to choose from and the salesman helped me choose one that was perfect for me. A great store. read more

PLEASE REPORT TO BBB.ORG!!!!! While on vacation I thought it would be a "good" idea to get the back of my phone repaired since I cracked it a week ago. Originally I was going to purchase a phone case but the owner stated he can fix the back of my IPHONE MAX XS. FALSE FALSE FALSE. I knew I should've followed my first mind and only listen to APPLE! I trusted him and returned to pick up my phone after an hour. I returned for pick up, powered my phone on, paid for service and went on with my day. While driving I noticed that my text messages weren't loading through, no calls/msgs were sending, my apps would take forever to load, once apps loaded they crashed and my phone powered on and off!! I immediately contacted the owner and explained my issue and he suggested i come in the following day since the mall is closing soon. I returned the next day explaining my issue and his responses were very dismissive and nonchalant. He stated "I know someone that can fix it" "but it takes time" "I need time". Considering I live out of town, my phone is damaged due to his incompetence and I was inconvenienced i requested for a full refund. He didn't acknowledge my request which caused me to involve security and requesting for police involvement. Immediately after he agreed to provide a refund (which is still pending). So I am still without a phone for the another 24 hours (total of 36 hours) until I get a new phone. Moral of the situation is : 1. HAVE PHONE INSURANCE 2. NEVER FIX CRACK SCREENS 3. ONLY PURCHASE SERVICES FROM APPLE!! Please report this con artist . His business is highly unethical and unqualified. Please stick to selling plastic phone cases! read more

Going by the reviews I saw here on Yelp, I decided this was the place for me. I had dropped my iPhone 6 Plus on the blacktop, and the screen shattered. Since I didn't want to wait for a replacement thru my insurance, I decided to go locally, hence, I came across AZ Wireless. After reading the reviews, and with a hint of desperation, I went to them to have the screen replaced. It didn't take very long, and for $145, I thought it was worth the premium of same day service. The repair was fine, but what had happened, was the Touch ID no longer worked. So that means no Apple Pay, no fingerprint recognition whatsoever. Not thinking that this was related, I looked online for a solution. It turns out that sometimes a screen replacement could bring about a disabling of the Touch ID, for one reason or another. Most likely, it can be because of damage to the inside connections. One solution is to do a factory reset, which I attempted to do. About half way thru, iTunes tells me it cannot restore or reset the phone. A second option was to see for myself if everything was connected inside. From here, the fault is mine. I opened it up, cleaned the connectors, and made sure they were all connected. Now, I have a jumbled screen, which if any kid from the 80's who tried to watch HBO or Showtime when they were scrambled on TV, will know what I now saw on my phone screen. Naturally, I would have gone back to AZ for more help, but at the bottom of the receipt is said "aZ wireless is not liable for damage that can occur during hardware repair." Rather convenient for them, and not for me. Without recourse, my only option was to go thru my insurance twice, first for the screen repair, since they reimburse the cost mins deductible, and again for the bricked iPhone. So lesson learned: Granted, AZ does good work, based upon the reviews of others, but take it from me: go to them at your own risk. Why get one problem fixed, just to have something else go wrong that they, in the end, will "not liable for"? read more

I needed to have the screen replaced on my less than one one year old iPhone 11 Pro Max - THREE MAJOR COMPLAINTS 1. Did not tell me they are NOT authorized to repair iPhones so my limited warranty was voided. 2. Straight up lied about the screen being OEM 3. Would not take any responsibility for damages after breaking the Face ID and power button. Ended up paying an EXCELLENT technician to repair the damage ... I went to AZ Wireless with a working Apple iPhone 11 (on May 24, 2023) to get a cracked screen replaced. When I picked up the phone he charged me $121.27 for the repair and I trusted him that the phone was working. It was really hot and did not work at that moment because it was so hot. Abdul told me it would cool off and work fine. I returned after two hours when phone still did not work and had to leave it for four more hours. He told me it needed new parts and that he had ordered them. He told me to come back the following day (May 25, 2023) and the phone would be fixed. When I went back he told me he had sent it to a friend who could fix it. On May 26, 2023) he told me it would cost $650.00 to fix because there was a short circuit which burned the phone) He planned to give me someone else's phone that he had traded in and I refused. Now he has charged me $121.27 for the repair and has my iPhone. Do not use this company. read more

Honestly the worst service i have ever gotten. Abdul promised a new screen with great quality. the first time i got my phone back from him the color quality was so bad that the color red was orange. that same day he changed the first screen only to mess up my face id feature and still have the same screen quality. not only did he provide horrible service but he hugged me after i got my phone from him, he grabbed my arm telling me he "likes spanish girls" and gave me his personal number!! horrible!!! i also never got my money back and still have the bad screen he gave me. read more

Took in my IPhone 12 Pro Max for a new back glass install and aside from a shitty job of the back glass install they cracked my front screen in the process!! They took fault for the screen and installed a cheap replacement screen which disabled my Face ID, it's been about two weeks and now my screen does not work at all. Now I'm having to spend money on a new phone when I had gone in for one simple job. The owner was trying to brush all this off by trying to get me to go to Apple to do a claim in hopes getting a new phone and giving him my old one. I called the owner to explain the problem and he just hung up in me after trying to tell me that the mother board was the problem! I should of never taken my phone here. read more

I recently, during the coronavirus, my phone was cracked. I called the store and the owner answered. His name is Abdul. I took my iPhone 11 here with a cracked screen. I asked them if it would be an original apple screen they would use and they said it would. When I returned after an hour the phone was trying to connect, had no WiFi and had a warning sign saying the screen was not original apple equipment. I pointed this out and the owner said not to worry because it would work. After 20 minutes it was still not working. I had paid $135. He said he would replace the screen again and told me to return in an hour. When I returned it was still not working and the owner said to return the next day and he would have his assistant try to fix it. I couldn't wait until then as this was my work phone. I took it to apple and they replaced the phone. The screen was not original equipment and in the process of trying to replace it they had shorted the phone out. They said it was fried! When I post a review I always give places the benefit of the doubt so only give good reviews but this instance they flat out lied to me! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! Honestly this place is horrible, doesn't deserve a star at all. I took my iPhone to get the screen replaced, waited 2 hours then got the phone and the microphone stopped working. I went back and told the man, he got mad and said "these thing happen". He took the phone for another 2 hours and supposedly fixing the microphone, only to get the phone no longer turning on. He refused a refund and said he didn't want to give us our money back then held my phone hostage. He raised his voice and said these "these things happen" and he would fix it but "it takes time". After going back and forth he finally gave me my phone and money back. I took it to Apple and they said the battery was damaged and the motherboard was fried. Case in point, don't cheap out and go here. Not worth the money, time, headache, and rude customer service. I guess my $1000 phone was only worth a $70 refund to the owner. read more
