!!!!BEWARE!!!!! My daughter took her iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the back glass replaced. Simple right? NOT for them. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. I'm really pleased with AZ wireless. My kids old iPad minis screen broke and AZ wireless went out of their way and changed the home button too that was scratched. Went home and the home button wasn't functioning so I brought it back the next day. The owner took it back fixed it free of charge and, apparently, had to change the screen multiple times to get it functional again. They also put on a screen protector on the way out. I can't express how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience because I was coming back preparing for battle. My experience was subpar.. asked for help with fixing my laptop. The employee said it would be around $300 and take about a week. I agreed without going to other shops for comparison, which was my fault. About a week later I'm waiting for a call or message and I never received one. I give another 2-3 days and don't receive a call still. I show up and finally get a response after the owner made me wait in store for 15 mins to call his employee to ask if it was finished, when I could clearly see the screen was still cracked. PLEASE REPORT TO BBB.ORG!!!!! While on vacation I thought it would be a "good" idea to get the back of my phone repaired since I cracked it a week ago. Originally I was going to purchase a phone case but the owner stated he can fix the back of my IPHONE MAX XS. FALSE FALSE FALSE. I knew I should've followed my first mind and only listen to APPLE! I trusted him and returned to pick up my phone after an hour. I returned for pick up, powered my phone on, paid for service and went on with my day. While driving I noticed that my text messages weren't loading through, no calls/msgs were sending, my apps would take forever to load, once apps loaded they crashed and my phone powered on and off!! I immediately contacted the owner and explained my issue and he suggested i come in the following day since the mall is closing soon. I returned the next day explaining my issue and his responses were very dismissive and nonchalant. He stated "I know someone that can fix it" "but it takes time" "I need time". Considering I live out of town, my phone is damaged due to his incompetence and I was inconvenienced i requested for a full refund. He didn't acknowledge my request which caused me to involve security and requesting for police involvement. Immediately after he agreed to provide a refund (which is still pending). So I am still without a phone for the another 24 hours (total of 36 hours) until I get a new phone. Moral of the situation is : 1. HAVE PHONE INSURANCE 2. NEVER FIX CRACK SCREENS 3. I went to AZ Wireless with a working Apple iPhone 11 (on May 24, 2023) to get a cracked screen replaced. When I picked up the phone he charged me $121.27 for the repair and I trusted him that the phone was working. It was really hot and did not work at that moment because it was so hot. Abdul told me it would cool off and work fine. I returned after two hours when phone still did not work and had to leave it for four more hours. He told me it needed new parts and that he had ordered them. He told me to come back the following day (May 25, 2023) and the phone would be fixed. When I went back he told me he had sent it to a friend who could fix it. On May 26, 2023) he told me it would cost $650.00 to fix because there was a short circuit which burned the phone) He planned to give me someone else's phone that he had traded in and I refused. Going by the reviews I saw here on Yelp, I decided this was the place for me. I had dropped my iPhone 6 Plus on the blacktop, and the screen shattered. Since I didn't want to wait for a replacement thru my insurance, I decided to go locally, hence, I came across AZ Wireless. After reading the reviews, and with a hint of desperation, I went to them to have the screen replaced. It didn't take very long, and for $145, I thought it was worth the premium of same day service. The repair was fine, but what had happened, was the Touch ID no longer worked. So that means no Apple Pay, no fingerprint recognition whatsoever. Not thinking that this was related, I looked online for a solution. It turns out that sometimes a screen replacement could bring about a disabling of the Touch ID, for one reason or another. Most likely, it can be because of damage to the inside connections. One solution is to do a factory reset, which I attempted to do. About half way thru, iTunes tells me it cannot restore or reset the phone. A second option was to see for myself if everything was connected inside. From here, the fault is mine. I opened it up, cleaned the connectors, and made sure they were all connected. Now, I have a jumbled screen, which if any kid from the 80's who tried to watch HBO or Showtime when they were scrambled on TV, will know what I now saw on my phone screen. Naturally, I would have gone back to AZ for more help, but at the bottom of the receipt is said "aZ wireless is not liable for damage that can occur during hardware repair." Rather convenient for them, and not for me. Without recourse, my only option was to go thru my insurance twice, first for the screen repair, since they reimburse the cost mins deductible, and again for the bricked iPhone. So lesson learned: Granted, AZ does good work, based upon the reviews of others, but take it from me: go to them at your own risk. Why get one problem fixed, just to have something else go wrong that they, in the end, will "not liable for"? read more

Abdul promised a new screen with great quality. the first time i got my phone back from him the color quality was so bad that the color red was orange. that same day he changed the first screen only to mess up my face id feature and still have the same screen quality. not only did he provide horrible service but he hugged me after i got my phone from him, he grabbed my arm telling me he "likes spanish girls" and gave me his personal number!! horrible!!! i also never got my money back and still have the bad screen he gave me. read more

They took fault for the screen and installed a cheap replacement screen which disabled my Face ID, it's been about two weeks and now my screen does not work at all. I took my iPhone 11 here with a cracked screen. I asked them if it would be an original apple screen they would use and they said it would. When I returned after an hour the phone was trying to connect, had no WiFi and had a warning sign saying the screen was not original apple equipment. I pointed this out and the owner said not to worry because it would work. After 20 minutes it was still not working. I had paid $135. He said he would replace the screen again and told me to return in an hour. When I returned it was still not working and the owner said to return the next day and he would have his assistant try to fix it. I couldn't wait until then as this was my work phone. I took it to apple and they replaced the phone. The screen was not original equipment and in the process of trying to replace it they had shorted the phone out. They said it was fried! READ REVIEWS FIRST!!! Multiple reviews telling the same story. I brought in a family member's phone to have their screen replaced after it went black. I come back to pick up my phone 20 minutes later and the tech said the front camera and microphone are broken and have to be replaced. I explained to the tech there's no way it's broken since I called the phone last night to check if the phone was still working and it was. He said it broke when he removed the screen but somehow I'm responsible for paying to replace the part. They replaced it with a cheap replacement that disabled Face ID. Reading the other reviews THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. The other manager Jack who used to run the show here was great and I've gotten multiple phones fixed by him and sold him phones as well. Abdul is condescending and trying to squeeze any money out of you that he can. He accused me of lying when I explained to him that the microphone was working and the tech even said it broke when he opened the phone up. Great way to treat your customers buddy. I should've walked away when he hit me with the "$130 but for you $100" flea market bs when I asked him about pricing. I ended up paying $145 after everything was said and done. I'd never give my business to this amateur show again. Stick to Apple for your repairs people.
