The guy at the shop All he saw was the box because it was already open couldn't take it back told him to sell it somewhere else. The box is not even damage it had tape when it was handed to me, not going to lie the price was 40 bucks cut it back to 35, but here's how it looks. First time and last time Never coming back

Got my phone fixed here yesterday. Thought I had debris blocking the USB-C port as could not get the cable all the way in and couldn't charge my phone. Went someplace else first and they tried to tell me the USB-C port would have to be replaced. But SmartMobile was able to clean the port and get my phone working properly, no disassembly and port replacement necessary. THANK YOU read more

Had to get my iPhone 12 screen replaced as it wasn't turning on and after calling multiple phone repairs in town I was given the best price by far from Rob who had it fixed within 20 minutes or so, I went to the apple store and they told me I would have to get a whole new replacement phone, glad I went here and I definitely will be in the future. I came in to get my cracked phone fixed which was $125 and then they offered a screen protector for $15 and everything was amazing until my phone fell on the carpet and the screen protector cracked.After only a month the screen started lifting and now it does not work would not recommend coming here read more

I came to this establishment because I had a small crack in my screen in my iPhone 13. It still worked. The guy said no problem. I'll have it fixed in 15 minutes. I'll give you a special deal because it's slow. The 15 minutes turned into 35 minutes he did however, fix the charge port, but my phone now displays incorrect screen not iPhone approved screen and now my phone glitches and it dies within one hour after a full charge today I call and the guy was very short with me said well we didn't put an iPhone screen on it and I said well why didn't the guy ask me if I had a choice? Why did he just say it's slow? I'll make you a good deal instead of saying hey do you want a cheap screen or do you want an iPhone screen, obviously I would've chosen the iPhone screen. The guy I talked to today says oh you've got another problem. It's the phone it's not us so bring it to me and will give you another good deal so my words of wisdom are stay far away from Smart mobile at the Palm Desert mall do not even take a penny to be shined in that, rinky dink establishment they suck and they screw over their customers! I was at AT&T and could've gotten a new phone for $125 !!! be careful who you choose to fix your phone smart mobile is not the place. They are not smart.!!! read more

I brought my boyfriend's laptop to Jason after it fell, damaging the DC power jack. This has happened before, and we weren't sure it could be repaired again. Jason assured me it could. He provided a very reasonable up-front estimate for the part and labor, which I gladly agreed to. Once he opened up the computer, Jason diagnosed a few other problems. He tightened the hinges, cleaned the fan and the heat sink, and applied fresh thermal paste for the CPU. When he installed the new power jack and recharged the battery, he noticed the computer was running slowly, so he asked if I would like to replace the old mechanical hard drive. Long story short--my boyfriend was thrilled to have his computer running well again. I appreciated Jason's work so much I brought him an old (over 10 years old!) MacBook to see if he could make it run faster. He transferred all my files to a new drive, replaced a broken trackpad, and changed the battery. It works like a dream now--and for a lot less $$$ than it would take to buy a new one. Jason knows his stuff! I will definitely be back with any computer repairs I need in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this phone repair shop and honestly feel completely scammed. I paid to have my screen fixed, and not only did they charge me like it was a professional job, but they didn't even install it correctly. The screen was loose, unresponsive in some areas, and started having issues almost immediately after I got it back. When I tried to address the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for their poor work. It felt like once they got my money, they didn't care at all about the quality of the service or customer satisfaction. This business is completely unfair and unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and phone, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. No one should have to pay for a service and end up with a worse problem than they started with. read more

I happened to be in mall a week later and Abdu remembered me and replaced my iPhone 7 Plus battery and got a folio case for my wifes iphone 7 for less than $80. I'm so pleased with the work. Abdu went above and beyond what anyone else would have done for us. And in an efficient timely manner of less than 20 mins. He even cleaned the dirty gunked up speaker holes at no additional charge. I by chance found Smart Mobile with my 85 year old father. The battery in his iPhone 6 Plus wouldn't hold a charge. Best Buy wouldn't help us and a young man told me to try a place in the mall.
