Before taking my iMac to Jason, I took it to the Apple Store. After 3 hours, they said it would have to be wiped clean, so I took my desktop to Jason. He carefully cut the screen off and replaced the hard drive. It took several days to restore everything and now it works great. I gave this guy an honest review a 1 star and he began to harass me calling me over and over texting me over and over again and all I did was tell the truth. I called about a quote briefly told him my screen was broken the the laptop still works because I connected it to my tv to use with hdmi and he said I had to go in for quote and I said really. Hmmmm... ok, I'll start with the positive. They were very responsive on a Sunday and agreed to take a look at the phone. I specifically searched for an iPhone repair person and had no reason to believe that the service would not be fulfilled, especially when he liked my reply "see you in the morning." Monday morning: I rolled up and let him know I was outside of the building. Response: oh after thinking about it, I don't fix phones, I fix computers." I'm just being honest with you." Ummmmmmm.. how about being honest with me during the initial convo? He then refers me to a place that's closed. Smooth move #2! Whateves. I get home after I found someone that helped and my partner tells me that he had sent a message to their phone and stated that "due to limited time" he suggested that I go elsewhere.. (remember the part about being referred to a closed store, yep, this was it.) So, his story changed up significantly. Either he doesn't fix them or doesn't feel like fixing them. Either way, PICK A STORY and stick with it. I found a place. It took the repair person 3 mins to fix it. Moral of the story: want to burn gas and waste your time, go with this guy. read more
