Gave me a lot of advice that was genuinely just to help me out. He really made the whole experience great. I came in with an issue I had very little info on. Still took it no problem. I had some more issues and took it back again. Turned out to be mostly a hardware issue, totally on the PC manufacturer. They installed a new CPU cooler for me and in all I paid a very reasonable price for the service plus cooler. PC runs great now, never seen temps so low and I can run games I couldn't even open before on ultra settings now. Thanks again to Victor G. and the whole staff! My external hard drive had failed and after several other technicians tried and failed to recover my data, one of them told me to call WesTech. I drove out there immediately and after hearing my accounts, quickly looked at my drive and made the decision to send my drive to a company they recommeneded. Victor came to the rescue with quick, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced service. I had my MacBook Air's operating system updated by Apple's Genius Bar, but then discovered that night resulting issues that hampered access to all of my documents. With COVID and staff shortages, I found it very difficult to schedule a timely appointment with Apple or even get back in touch with Apple (phone call was unanswered and 2 guards are apparently needed to restrict store access to those with appointments and maintain social distancing. I am a Digital Artist and my computer is my canvas and brushes. I have made my living as an artist and business person for the past 35 years.
