    What could go wrong? Sadly, everything. Twice…read more I dropped off my own Astrobright paper (Teal) and a sample of my desired finished product. A tri-folded, printed sheet of teal paper. It's my annual new year's card. I asked for 175 copies, giving them 200+ sheets of paper I special ordered. Upon pick up, I find 250 sheets sloppily folded, corners not matched up, with nothing printed on them. The clerk who took the original order looked at me quizzically. He at first blamed me for not telling him I wanted them printed. I showed him the sample, which they'd kept. Remember this? He didn't seem to. Net net, they screwed up. Offered to re-do. Which I accepted, for same day pick up. Fast forward... 5:30p.... they printed the correct message, but on the WRONG color, and the folds were neat but folded inward, again, not matching the sample I had left. They didn't charge for either mess-up, but I'd wasted so much time on this place. Their print manager had even called me to confirm before the re-do. He didn't bother to say the color would not match. And he didn't check the fold on the sample. What could go wrong? EVERYTHING TWICE. Staples LaQuinta? Never again.

    I've been with AT&T for over five years now, and I have mixed feelings about their service. First,…read moreI'll start by saying that AT&T is somewhat expensive compared to its competitors. What's advertised and what you actually pay--with all the hidden costs and fees--are two completely different things. With the loyalty and thousands of dollars they've received from me, I would expect top-notch service. Unfortunately, not all of their employees are cross-trained properly on certain issues or policies, which can be frustrating when they bounce you from store to store or between phone support agents. Overall, I'd say I'm disappointed with the service I've received as a customer over the years, and once my contract is up, I do not plan on returning to or recommending AT&T to anyone. That said, I have to give a shoutout to Tony, who works at this location. He did everything he could to help me resolve my issue and was extremely patient and willing to go above and beyond. Although he was ultimately limited by the company's technical issues, I truly admired his dedication and effort to make sure I left satisfied. For context, I was there for two hours--which should tell you something about the quality of AT&T's phone support. Again, this isn't the employees' fault, but rather a reflection of the company as a whole. Tony is excellent at communication and troubleshooting, and I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors. It was truly outstanding how dedicated and professional he was. AT&T as a company, though--do better.
