Instead, I felt like my concerns were brushed aside. The sales representative, Angel, seemed bothered by my questions and did not appear interested in helping me understand my options. I was also disappointed that there was little effort made to assist with my trade-in. Rather than working with me to find the best solution, I felt pressured toward options that were not in my best interest. Customer service should be about helping customers navigate issues and providing clear information, especially when making a significant purchase like a phone upgrade. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I hope management addresses these concerns and focuses more on customer care and service. I had to call Verizon and do all the work through the phone

Alex was very easy to talk to and he saw my issues through the eyes of a customer. He looked at a number of possible solutions and I ended up better off than when I walked through the door. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks so much Alex.

Both my senior mom and i are not very knowledgeable when…read moreit comes to phones and gadgets and almost every meeting with her there is undoubtedly a 'phone' question that comes up, so as per usual we would head over to our subscribers store at the mall with those questions and never really solve the issue. So when i saw they were closed, i panicked, and thought, what now? Luckily, little down the ways, we saw a booth and a store front of a phone repair shop "I Repair Expert". i hesitated at first, then walked in and was welcomed by a young man named Moe, and we proceeded to try and explain to him what has been bothering us and of course a million questions come flying out of both my mom and I. And this is the point where it usually goes south. Usually the clerk will give up and just try to put a temporary band aid on the issues. BUT NOT Moe. I have never met a more knowledgeable, professional, more patient and kind, and funny clerk ever! He walked us through our issues, one by one, in language we could understand. Explained all our options, multiple times with the most sincere answers for us, and actually FIXED our problem! I cannot say enough good things about this shop at the mall, and i usually never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one, really got to my heart, like they really cared to help us 2 old ladies who havent a clue. we felt empowered actually, leaving the store. Thank you Moe again for your knowledge and kindness and thank you for fixing my moms phone! anyone reading this review, that has been feeling defeated every time they leave their subscribers store, forget them, if you have any and i mean any phone questions, go see Moe at I Expert Repair, you wont be disappointed, thats a fact!

My review is solely based on the new team, ownership, & service done by Kaya & masseuse. PROS: + Recommend Kaya. She literally has the "touch." I am very particular of an esthetician's work & touch. She has such a gentle hand & does her work well. I instantly fell asleep-- and that's rare when it comes to a facial. + Masseuse. My hubby forgot her name, but she was amazing. Per him, he said she really helped with his neck & back pain enough that he also fell asleep. + Welcoming. Owner & manager are really friendly & inviting. Love the atmosphere. + Accommodation friendly to couples. Shoutout to the masseuse & esthetician for working together to schedule us together to do a spa day together. Hubby got the massage & I had the facial. We came from out of town to do a Couple's spa date day. We loved it! We scheduled an another spa date day.
