I was also disappointed that there was little effort made to assist with my trade-in. Rather than working with me to find the best solution, I felt pressured toward options that were not in my best interest. Customer service should be about helping customers navigate issues and providing clear information, especially when making a significant purchase like a phone upgrade. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I hope management addresses these concerns and focuses more on customer care and service. Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able.

Approximately one month later, I followed up to request it and received no response. Since then, our application has been placed on hold due to deficiencies related to the fingerprint submission. For several months, I have made repeated attempts to contact this provider via phone and email, with no response. We are only requesting the ATI number, which should be maintained on file as part of standard Live Scan requirements. Despite multiple outreach efforts--including attempts from colleagues--communication has ceased, and my number appears to have been blocked. At this point, our concern is not only the lack of responsiveness but also whether the fingerprints were submitted at all. This situation has caused significant delays in a process that is already time-consuming and costly. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider.
