The screen is black and I tried everything I could think of and online. I was planning to head back home and decided to contact Victor for a quote. He responded quick and answered my questions. I was a bit skeptical at first because I never done this before. Once we got there, Victor was friendly and his presence makes my anxiety go away for a bit, hahaha. Sucked to wait outside in a car. Got my phone finally everything looked ok. A day or so later the screen was lifting and coming apart from the phone. What's worse because of that I set my phone down on a table rather hard and cracked the screen again and I have drop my phone a hundreds of time harder. After telling him my phone model he gave me a price but I didn't even tell him what was needing to be done. What he quoted me for was not exactly what I needed. Strike 1. Then went to the store today to get the repair done and I heard the same gentleman lying to a lady stating that Bluetooth requires internet to work. Strike 2. Not a great customer service. When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3. Honestly, I don't recommend this place as they didn't show great customer service, didn't show me any honesty which lead me not to trust them.
