I had an Iphone 6 plus with a dead mute switch. Mohammad, responded to my request for a quote almost immediately, his was the cheapest out of 4 or 5 that i received. He was also quick to respond to my followup questions. He ordered the part that i needed right away and I brought my phone to him the next day. He discovered that I did not need a new switch, but just an adjustment and tightening of the switch. He had quoted me $50 but because he is honest, he only charged me $20 and said that if I ended up needing a new switch he would take the $20 off of the price. He fixed the phone quickly and it was very inexpensive. The next day, my phone would not take a charge.
