I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. When I went to pick them up, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The folks sitting at the front desk were helpful and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Parking is easy and ample. Worth the drive.

Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. I didn't hear back for two…read moreweeks, so I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back.
