When I went to pick them up, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The folks sitting at the front desk were helpful and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Parking is easy and ample. Worth the drive.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. The pharmacist Peachy also works the UPS storefront, she was knowledgeable about the services and even reminded an employee to doublecheck boxes since she made a transaction return for a customer who got charged for a shipping label when they already had one.

I was unable to locate the neighbors house. So someone received my whole order. I tried to call FedEx to remediate this and kept getting an automated self service robot. I can't even repurchase my order at the same price because I used a coupon you can only use once a month as well as clippings that work only when bundled. I ended up paying three times as much for my new order.

It's my annual new year's card. I asked for 175 copies, giving them 200+ sheets of paper I special ordered. Upon pick up, I find 250 sheets sloppily folded, corners not matched up, with nothing printed on them. The clerk who took the original order looked at me quizzically. He at first blamed me for not telling him I wanted them printed. I showed him the sample, which they'd kept. Remember this? He didn't seem to. Net net, they screwed up. Offered to re-do. Which I accepted, for same day pick up. Fast forward... 5:30p.... they printed the correct message, but on the WRONG color, and the folds were neat but folded inward, again, not matching the sample I had left. They didn't charge for either mess-up, but I'd wasted so much time on this place. Their print manager had even called me to confirm before the re-do. He didn't bother to say the color would not match. And he didn't check the fold on the sample. What could go wrong? EVERYTHING TWICE. Staples LaQuinta? Never again.

Well first time I have ever been told no you can't have your package unless you have an account with us. Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. I didn't hear back for two…read moreweeks, so I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm just going to write it off. But I'm p!ssed off enough to take the time to write this review.
