I live 2 minutes from the store, and will have to go to the Weymouth or Brockton location instead because of how inept of an employee he is. And this isn't just from one interaction, I've had at least 5 with him now where I go to get my water tested, and he just offers absolutely no guidance whatsoever. Wish him a good day? He'll stay absolutely quiet. Ask him how the day is? Stays absolutely quiet. No chance of any decent human interaction whatsoever when he's working, you might as well let the customer work the testing station and do self-checkout. I'll take the 15 extra minutes to get to the Weymouth or Brockton location, at least I know they have actual human beings working behind the counter (Granted the weymouth one is having staffing issues), but I've yet to have a bad experience with those locations yet. Just wish I didn't have to avoid the one two minutes down the road because of this one employee who is just absolutely atrocious to work with. I don't often want people reprimanded or fired, but please send this employee back to training because you are going to lose customers.

They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.

I got off the phone thought about it and decided to send him a detailed text message telling him I would not be using his service and why what's my main reason being how rude he was and his unprofessionalism, stated "you can just go home" and wishing him luck on All future endeavors. Thinking that was the end of it it wasn't until over an hour later when I picked up my phone and had received multiple text messages stating how "it was a great price" "I should be thankful" he's got trucks breaking down constantly"" there's a lot of snow" "long day and too much work""we have work for like 5 months crazy" "I'm very professional" The only thing I can say good that came out of this whole situation was the company I ended up working with after not only were they two of the nicest guys I've ever have the pleasure of working with. My mom had a pool installed by another company that unfortunately did a terrible job. The situation was a mess. Thankfully, John came to the rescue. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.

I called USA Pools 09-16-26 and there was a prompt response and site review the next day. Initially things seemed promising, an estimate was promised in a few days and on direct questioning they did say they could take on this project. On Sept 21, a call to check on the estimate yielded a promised reply in 2 -3 days. Another call Sept 25th yielded an estimate at the end of the day for about $14,000. More than I expected but given the scope of the repairs and the lateness of the season I accepted it. Their response was that they maybe able to start cleanup in 2 -3 weeks. I asked for a signable contract with a starting date for the initial cleanup and then the install of new liner once it is available. Also, I asked for their insurance info, Mass Licensing info and if they were bonded. Once it was clear that I required a signed contract before making a deposit, I was given some weak excuses for going with an unsigned estimate instead. They did not to give insurance info or even Mass License info. This in not good business practice and is not what is recommended by the Mass licensing board. Then abruptly I was told they could not help me. So now after wasting 10 days, I am stuck having to start over again to find a new vendor but it is so late in the season that it is doubtful it can be done before winter kicks in. If you are thinking of hiring this company, be cautious!
