I called Sweetwater late in late March 2023 to arrange for repair and service on my pool. I booked an appointment to have my pool serviced on June 14, 2023. (You have to book early or lose the season! Thats why the way they screwed me was hard. It was too late to get anyone else). On April 4 they sent me the The Confirmation email for my service for June 14. I re-confirmed in May, and again in emails in June. MORE than 3+ confirmations! The day of the appointment I re-arranged work to be home for most of the day, and coverage for an hour I had to be out. Nothing. NO SHOW. NO RESCHEDULE. At 7:30 pm I heard from a SW tech who said he was running very late, it was raining, and he preferred to come back when it was not raining and SW would re schedule my appointment. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN. When no one re scheduled I emailed the Account Manager Harry Carter that had booked my appointment and spoken to me in March about the work I needed. I emailed 2-3 more times and called AT LEAST 6+ times over the following month. NOT ONE CALL BACK. Then I was really stuck by July and UNABLE to find service for my pool, or make the weekly arrangements because everyone else was booked, which was why I started in March. I guess business must be great for them to treat customers so shabby. Put them on the 'DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME list' because they might not show up for you either and then its too late to get anyone else in.

came across this place totally by chance - was driving to best tile by legacy place and saw this on…read morethe road, gave it a shot and turned out to be one of the best decisions made in our project. Jeff, the owner, is a super cool guy. he's the kind that makes you want to shop local. he greets you with a smile, remembers your name (after one short visit too), gives you ideas and honest opinion, lets you borrow samples without anything down, even gives you a good discount if he likes you! LOL you'd think his store was small but it carries a lot of the same stuff we saw elsewhere: not having the option to 300 different kinds of subway tiles also worked to my advantage - now i could finally finalize on one. when i showed him a picture with the product code from something i saw in home depot, he offered to order in for me and matching the price (so i didn't have to go two places for everything), except there were problems for him to get the shipment somehow so we ended up going back to HD -- they had a problem with shipment too. so yeah he did give us a break on the pricing (maybe bc our order was pretty sizable?), but that's not the only reason why i gave him a 5-star rating. like said earlier, Jeff is easy to talk to and is very helpful along the process; we even started chatting about his children and stuff... the human connection that you don't get at a big box store, and he's not all about making profits. he saved my phone number in his system so even when I called weeks later, he could greet me by my name, AND he remembers what kind of products I've ordered. pricing is also very compatible to bigger establishments - another reason i used to be wary of shopping local but he's quite negotiable. he owns the business and has been there too long, so he is pretty much at a "whatever goes" stage...also why i said call before you head over if you want to take advantage of their "late closing" hours on a certain day - he may just close early to go fishing if nothing's going on by a certain time, as he revealed. maybe he took a liking on us so he was cool with us, but i would bet that if you don't show up with a stick up your arse, you would get the same treatment too. p.s. he has also hinted that he might want to retire soon (maybe in a couple years?), so get to know this guy before he closes for good!
