They show up when they say they will for our weekly cleanings and they understand how our pool and spa work. They are very responsive whenever something isn't working properly -- Ken or someone on his crew often show up the same day (even on Sunday) to try to resolve the issue. Our pool has never looked or worked better. I've recommended Ken to a few people and will continue to do so!

Half the parts are just hanging off and Missing screws. When he was finished and we asked very nicely for him to fix a few things, he got nasty and had a real bad attitude! No one should be spoke to the way he spoke to me! I don't recommend this guy at all.
