This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. But 8 years after i have a low flow error and cannot figure it out. I called 3 local pool stores and no one was even willing to help. So i said to myself let me call ambassador and see what they say. Talk to the owner he transferred over to gregg which i have dealt with in the past. 4 hours later after work gregg is at my house and fixed my problem at no cost. No cost that just doesnt happen anymore but with this family owned company it still does. 5 star in my opinion is not high enough. So here ill give them 6 stars. I believe in the near future my group is planning to make a switch with a fam account. So walking in you have a nice concierges who check in your member and or guest. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My brother has a membership and brought me to the second floor. They had all the equipment you'd probably need we did leg day. Lotta cables, smiths, assisted. Saw the basketball court (didn't see the pool) went to third floor checked out the spin cycle room and yoga studio. Went to the turf area for push sled and squat racks. Def has everything for the most part. Would come back again. Very spacious. Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. I was very specific about the techniques and cut I wanted and was assured they could handle it. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been switched to a "more experienced" stylist. Her previous client was unhappy with her color, so instead of focusing on my appointment, the stylist kept going back and forth, working on that client's color while also cutting my hair. She completely ignored me, barely consulted with me, and kept insisting the haircut I wanted "wasn't that hard," as if I was making a big deal over nothing. The result was a terrible haircut that was not what I asked for at all. At first I thought I might be overreacting and tried to give it time, but months later my hair is still completely messed up and uneven from that cut. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially before such an important event. Terrible customer service and I would not return or recommend this salon

His work was perfect and the pool came out great which had to be fit around an existing deck. His price was more than fair and beat every other installer I called . I would highly recommend a-1quality installs.

Jon is a very deceitful contractor, takes the customers money, makes excuses not to finish a job…read morewhen the original contract was signed over two years ago. Took my materials that I paid for over 17,000 to so call buy what was needed to remodel my cement pool. Broke into my shed, didn't wait to have me open it with a key, and left his so called laborers on my property, which most of the time were on their phones ... never communicated with me ... I went outside numerous times during the couple of hours they were there, and Jon never returned or touched base with me before taking all of the materials that were mine and paid for and became quite verbal and unprofessional through texts messages, instead of being a true businessman by responding by phone not texts. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the AG s office for fraud and theft of deception which is a criminal offense. Don't be taken advantage of, Jon stole a lot of my retirement money and life insurance money I received due to the unexpected death of my husband ... disgraceful.... hopefully Karma bites you in the ass pal.
