When we first contacted One Call with the images & evidence, they were amenable and eventually (after working with the restaurant that hired them) One Call put us in touch with their insurance company to file the claim. Fast forward a few weeks later and their insurance company says One Call is now denying responsibility and their insurance is therefore closing the claim. The restaurant that hired them has been extremely apologetic to us & said they wished they hired another company.

They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.
