I ask the rule guy if he thought this was good work ? He starts the yell at me again and says come back in a week! And yelled at me to have a nice day!! I Forgot to get a receipt. When I asked for one Then threw it on the counter at me .Yelling at me again to have a good day.. Sorry so long winded. So I call to speak to the owner. Who called me once and I was working I missed the call I finally called when I could. His first comment was I called you twice... me ok I don't see that on my phone. Anyway he said he spoke to his employees. they said they they heard the both of us yelling ". Me) really !! I'm the customer. Since the agreement of pool installation, we haven't been able to get Tom Hendricks on the phone one time for any issue. At one point, when he finally responded to an email after many attempts to contact him, he said that he would come out and give us an orientation on the pool but we again never heard back from him. Somebody from the company also said that they could do the regular cleanings, but then we heard later (indirectly) that this wasn't a possibility so had to scramble to find somebody. We now have issues with the pool/hot tub, just a couple of months after it was installed, in that the hot tub is delivering cool water through the jets. We have been unsuccessful in getting this resolved over the past 1-2 months with no end in sight. Multiple emails have been unanswered, and when they are answered they don't provide a solution and periodically have served to "blame" us as customers for not being familiar with how to operate the pool. This was ultimately not the issue and as an aside we haven't been given a tutorial on operating the pool despite requesting it. So overall at this point I have to say that the difficulties in working with this company outweigh the benefits, particularly since we are now experiencing problems that can't be solved.
