Nothing remarkable ... our server was a nice guy but the seafood boils were VERY salty. Almost too salty to eat. We ordered two seafood boils with shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and lobster tail. We also had a deep fried oyster appetizer and that was actually good. The restrooms were horrible and looked like public gas station restrooms. I let our server know that they were in bad condition and someone could get hurt if they slipped on what appeared to be urine on the floors; and he politely said he'd get someone in there. There's only two bathrooms, both gender neutral, yet one had a urinal and the other didn't. Again, he was a nice guy. However, the bathrooms looked like no one regularly cleaned them. They were very dirty and smelled, it wasn't a good look for them... being that they advertised themselves as "NEW Grand Opening". We were only in the area for a volleyball tournament so we aren't local to Lodi. We found this place on Yelp and decided to try based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend nor return. Two stars for the oyster appetizer and the friendly service.

Great place. Books have good seasoning and come out hot and fast. Calamari and fries were delicious too! Medium heat perfect

Stopped for lunch today. The restaurant was not crowded. Got seated right away and got out order taken quickly. The place was clean and well kept. I had the shrimp basket lunch w:fries and my wife had the same with sweet potatoe waffle fries. We also order a side of hush puppies which were yummy. Overall a great experience!

First time visiting since it opened. The restaurant is nicely decorated in a marine theme. We were greeted and were promptly sat in a booth. We had the hush puppies for appetizers; I recommend them. For the main course l, we ordered the crab and shrimp combo with corn and potatoes. Everything came steaming hot but delicious. They provide you with all the equipment for the job: bib, gloves, seafood cracker and napkins. They have a variety of seasonings (the house one has everything in it). There are also different levels of heat (spice) for everyone's taste. It was a fun dining experience and we definitely left with full stomachs. Thanks to our server Moses who was very attentive and kind. Check it out !

Chicken Tender Basket

Food was good. Service was great. I would definitely go back. I got a seafood bag with house flavor- medium. Wasn't too spicy, good flavor. I would try hot next time. Cajun fries were good. Calamari was good. Ordered chicken tenders basket but was too full to try it. The only thing I don't like, is they stop sitting people at 9pm. A few days ago I went to dine in for the first time and they said I couldn't after 9pm so I left.

Mediocre at best. The food was very bland to Me. It lacked any really favor. I was a bit disappointed. It was also like warm. I also ordered calamari, it was fried so hard into the point it wasn't edible. The waiter was great. He was attentive and sweet. The restaurant was very clean the music was very family friendly.

The service was good, 1st time here. The prices are not that bad either. Right amount of seasoning on the seafood we ordered. Some places are smothered in so much salt it makes your head hurt but they were yums. Def will be back

Amazing food. It was my first time trying this place. My parents brought me and my gf here to try the new seafood spot in town and we loved it. Great customer service and so much parking. The environment was really chill and it is a good size restaurant for the 209 area. We got the Family Special deal, Garlic Noodles, Cajun wings and Hush Puppies. Great place to celebrate any special occasion. Highly recommend this spot!

Fried calamari- extra crispy and delicious!

So happy to finally have a crab boil place in Lodi! Went for an early dinner on 4/1. They weren't busy and we were sat quickly. The server was friendly enough and the food and drinks came out quickly. We ordered fried calamari and the family meal. For the seafood boil we chose black mussels, Dungeness crab, clams, and head on shrimp with the house seasoning and hot spice level. The seasoning and spice was perfect and so delicious. The decor in the restaurant is cute and I really love the little jellyfish lamps hanging in the dining room. The food was great but I do wish they had a full liquor license so we could have cocktails with dinner.

I ordered 30 wings and asked for them to be well-done and extra crispy. Unfortunately, they weren't made that way. About 20 were cooked but not well-done, and the other 10 (Atomic flavor) were undercooked. When I bit into one, the meat didn't come off the bone and was hard to pull apart. I ended up putting them in the oven myself to finish cooking them. I called the store to let them know. The employee I spoke with was friendly and understanding, which I appreciated. However, the manager told me the only option was to bring the wings back for a refund or replacement. I explained that I don't live in town and was just in the area when I ordered, so driving 20+ minutes back for 10 wings wasn't realistic. What disappointed me most was that there wasn't much acknowledgment or apology about the food being undercooked. A simple "sorry about that" and reassurance it would be looked into would have gone a long way. The situation was disappointing, and I just hope customer service can improve moving forward. Management could definitely benefit from additional customer service training.

hate having to write this review because, as a small business owner myself, I try to be empathetic…read moreand supportive of other businesses. That said, this experience needs to be shared -- especially given the complete lack of concern for customer experience and food safety. I'm visiting the area for the weekend and decided to grab soup dumplings with a friend. It was our "cheat day," so we ordered about $60 worth of food, which wouldn't have been an issue if it had been edible. We ordered two lunch combo plates, pork bao buns, and pork and vegetable dumplings. Food review: I ordered the General Chicken lunch combo. It tasted nothing like expected and was mostly thick breading covered in an overly sweet sauce that was supposed to be spicy. The rice was honestly the highlight of my meal -- though rice is hard to mess up... or so I thought, considering how sick I am while writing this, and that was mostly what I ate. My friend ordered the orange chicken, which looked and tasted exactly like mine--again, mostly breading. Her chow mein was cold in the middle, which made it seem like it was microwaved. I'm not usually nitpicky, but this was already turning into a bad experience. The pork bao buns weren't as bad as the rest of the food, but once we got to the "dumplings," we stopped eating altogether and threw everything away. The dumplings we ordered came out as steamed potstickers. I wish I had taken a picture--they looked awful. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since this place is literally called Dumpling House. That was a mistake. I took one bite of the dumpling with the sauce provided (soy sauce with chili flakes), which masked the taste. On the next bite -- without sauce -- I immediately noticed a horrible flavor. I smelled the dumpling and it had a rotten odor. At that point, I was completely done. When I got up to wash my hands and walked toward the bathroom, I took a closer look around. I noticed tin serving dishes that staff appeared to be eating directly out of, and a "wrapping" station set up on a table with wrappers laid out and a container of wonton filling just sitting there at room temperature. I don't know how long it had been out, but my friend mentioned it was there when we first walked in and assumed it was fresh. We were seated for about 30 minutes, and the filling remained out the entire time. Pork should absolutely not be left out that long -- and clearly, based on what we experienced, it wasn't safe. I've now spent the last six hours sick in my hotel room. Not only do I feel awful, but I'm also missing out on activities I had planned for this mini trip. Dumpling House -- please do better. Please care about your customers' health and safety.

I don't usually get xlb to take away since it's very hard to maintain the hot soup in the dumpling but I tried and failed at the effort and don't at all blame the DH who warned me. Ah well had to try.

I thought I posted a review of the Lodi b dubs months ago, but just realized I accidentally did it…read morefor the one in Stockton. The Stockton store kind of sucks compared to this one. My fiancé and I come here at least once a month, usually 2 or 3 times, and Scotty the bartender is the freaking best! He knows our drink order so we don't even have to say anything- poof! Like magic, the beverages just appear. The food comes out quick and is always good (spicy garlic and chipotle dry rub are our faves). We always sit at the bar but went a couple weeks ago and it was full so we took a table instead. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was great too! We eat out A LOT, and b dubs here in Lodi is top 2. Scotty solidified that for us but the wings are really good also. Oh, special shout out to their "alcohol of the month." I really don't know if that's what they call it but every month/holiday they feature a new boozy bev. Right now they have Jameson or green tea shots for $4!!!!! Where can you get good food and cheap alcohol paired with great service all under one roof?! I wasn't expecting to love b dubs this much but here we are. If you go, look for Scotty and tip him hella well because he deserves it!

So when it was time, I went in, and there were three people there in the doorway. The girl behind the counter was just playing with a tablet. Finally after several minutes someone else came behind the counter and took the first persons order. She began to place a huge order and had a million questions. Meanwhile tablet girl was still ignoring the rest of us. Then a man walked in and went in front of us directly to her and asked for his to go item. Turns out we were all waiting on just picking up our takeout orders. Could have been handled in a matter of seconds. Instead we had to wait several minutes while being ignored. And I'm not exaggerating. By the time I was handed my food seven minutes had passed since I got in line. As far as the sandwich goes, it was ok. I would order it again I guess if I were to go back. Decent sized portion. But they put the mozzarella stick beside the chicken instead of on top or underneath, which made the mozzarella and the chicken fight for space between the buns with every bite. I think slices of cheese would be a better solution for everyone here. So aside from the rude waiting time picking up my order, zero stars for not including my side. No side. They included the extra marinara dipping sauce that I didn't ask for. But no potato wedges. How does an order go out without a side? They weren't busy. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a full new meal for wasting my time and then withholding my side. Also the music is super obnoxious and loud. You would have to yell to be heard across the table.
