Treatment: Bed Bugs Date: 7/25/17 Called up Marcial and couldn't be happier with my experience (so far). I've only gotten the first visit from him to spray for Bed bugs so it remains to be seen if they're gone for good, but if i have any complaints, i'll update this review. Anyhow, Marcial was very kind and punctual. He took the time to explain to me how to prepare my house and personal items for the spray and answered any questions that i had. He saw the shoes at our front door and immediately put on his shoe covers without having to ask him (bonus points to him). You can tell immediately from talking to him on the phone and even further in person that he is a very honest, caring, and understanding person and is NOT out to rip anyone off. The bed bug treatment isn't a one shot and done thing, he did his spraying, told me how to care for the room within the week and said he'll be back in 1 week to follow up. However, the ants came back in 2 1/2 months and I've called him and left messages three times to come out and take care of it under the warranty. After more than six months of my losing the battle of the ants, despite liberally using ant bait, boric acid powder, caulking every possible entry point, I finally had to let a professional handle my ant infestation. Excellent service from Marcial at OC Total Pest Control. We had a problem with spiders and crickets. He sprayed inside and outside the home and removed cobwebs. The chemicals are nontoxic to pets and humans which is important because we have 3 dogs at home. It took about 1 hour and he charged $200 for a 2-story home. He showed me the dead black widows and brown recluse spiders There was no pressure to buy a contract but he said quarterly or semiannual visits would receive a discount. I am tired once I saw a lot of roaches running in my apartment. I tried many way to get rid of them, bought poison gel, used the roaches spray, hired some pets control. I have never been more impressed! We had HUNDREDS of ants if not thousands that came out of no where within 24 hours to my moms condo. My mom was crying non stop (she is such a clean freak). I found this place on yelp and called due to the excellent reviews and they were correct! Best service the ants are completely gone! And it's only been 24 hours! Amazing! Best part is a few hours after they had sprayed there was still hundreds of ants in my moms bathroom (normal because it takes 24 hours for them to die) and she was crying still. We had a cockroach control service on 01/04 based on good reviews on Yelp. Someone came out and sprayed on the the premise and offered 3 month guarantee service and promised he would come back in two weeks for follow up. However, we still have cockroaches and we called and left a message at OC Total Pest Control after 2 weeks to come out and check it out but no one returned the message. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. Owner Marcial came to my place a couple of years ago to handle a rodent issue. He was very efficient, very thorough, screening all the various entry points he located in the attic and in the garage. At the time, I had no idea that his business is full-service, dealing with termites, ants, bugs of all kinds. Fast forward to this year. I noticed some dirt in one of my closet which I assumed was termite-related. I called someone else to look at the issue and was told it was carpenter ants. I opted not to use them because of a rude dispatcher and a pay-in-advance policy. Well, Marcial was coming over that day for a followup inspection for rodents. I asked if he does bugs, too, and he said "of course". He took care of the issue 2 days later at a cost of $150, less than one half of what HomeShield Pest Control quoted. Marciel was super helpful. My sister had some wasp nests, so she just called the guy and he gave an over the phone estimate and told her he could come the next day. He was running a little late, but he called to let us know he would be there shortly. When he was there, examined the rest of the yard and found two more nests. He didn't charge extra for the other nests. When she asked him to spray the entire perimeter, he informed her he could but it would not be effective as spraying next year in spring.
