Called for help. Our problem was sudden appearing rodent droppings. Carlos responded quickly, confirmed rodent droppings and set traps. He inspected the attic and found nothing. This company was great. The individual who came out under promised and over delivered. I had ants in my house as well as spiders that I call the company for. When Carlos came out, he explained the process of spraying and baiting process for getting rid of the ants and spiders. What he did on top of that, spent over an hour brushing under my rear patio, surrounding block walls, and the parameter of the house. Carlos is super professional and diligent. He came for the rescue to treat the bird mites and the bird nests around my house. Initially, I thought there was just one bird nest that I need to remove above my windows. Carlos was being so patient and attentive; he checked every corner of the roof for my entire house. I can't believe we end up finding 5 nests in total. Carlos helped us removed all of them (majority of them are heavily infested with bird mite) as well as spray every windows close to those nests. If you saw many tiny (~1/32 inch) bugs crawling slowly in your house or on your cellphone screens, these might be Bird mites.
