They showed up when they said they would, which is key for me to provide an estimate. When the installer was scheduled to come out I was given a four hour window. (Ugh...). David, the installer, called me on the day of the install and told me when he would be at my home to do the work. He was right on time, installed both screens and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with my new retractable screens. They were installed today and I'm pretty excited how they look. Hardly noticeable when opened or closed. Just had our install completed for a sliding screen door. This company is all about customer service. The office staff was courteous and very organized when scheduling and following up. Sammy did the quote and was very thorough and professional. The installers were the same; prompt, courteous and educational on the product. I'm glad I found them. The slider is the only slowly retractable unit we have found. We also bought the optional plexiglass to keep our dog in when the front door is open. I called got a competitive price ( would have been nIce if they mentioned optional locking mechanisms at that time which added either $40 or $ 80 if wanted) but I digress. Expensive products and operation is very disorganized. This is a DBA biz not corporation. Customer service after the sale is a joke. Work contracted was left in the table. No post job paper accounting of actual work just several calls wanting a wrong balance. Workmanship was satisfactory after they finally arrived. Office and workers are on two different wave lengths. After waiting for 60 days due to manufacturing delays got a single clear view retractable screen door installed to replace an old phantom screen. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in about 90 minutes. New screen looks solid with features that old screen did not have-- a latch. Would recommend this company. read more

This is a very LONG over due review. I've had my retractable screen doors installed back in November of 2015. Before having the screen doors installed, I had bought the cheap screens you see on tv infomercials...the ones that automatically snaps closed with magnets. That was a waste of money because after 2 days, the screen fell apart! So, my husband did some research and told me to call up OC Quality Home Products. I made an appointment with Cheyenne. She was very friendly and helpful. She set up an installation date right away. Anthony was my installer. He was prompt and also very friendly. He was quick and cleaned up all the mess once he finished up. It has now been a little over 2 years since and they still look great and work just as good as the day they were installed. One was installed on the front door. It locks and has UV protection built into it. The other one was installed on the back door. This one is of heavy duty material to withstand the abuse. I have 2 rambunctious kids, 4 crazy dogs, and a precious little cat. My dogs have ran into the screen. Also me!! I wasn't paying attention and wasn't used to having the screen door when my face hit the screen. I felt like a dork. The door retracted perfectly. I have recommended this to a neighbor who had his installed, as well. We get lots of compliments. I have another neighbor who is interested. I highly recommend!!!!! read more

About 5 years ago, we installed four sets of retractable screens for our french double doors. They never slid easily. Recently, one of the sets completely broke and as a result, the screen tore. The company from which we purchased the screens is no longer in business and after extensive research, I finally located a company able to do the work. OC Quality Home Products.
