Late post! I'm going to agree with Patrick and the other Yelpers who wasn't satisfied....this place is a joke. Brett promised the world during the sales process, but once the contract was signed, the follow-through completely disappeared. After that, everything was handed off to Casey and communication went downhill fast. Weekend availability is terrible. I purchased the shutters in November, and installation didn't happen until months later. Brett measured my windows twice, then a younger employee came out and measured again. When the third-party installers finally showed up, they had the wrong measurements. How does that even happen after three separate visits? On top of that, Casey was extremely rude and condescending. She also kept my credit card on file without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was through the roof. Also, the first photo shown on this so-called business profile (the one with the curtains) apparently doesn't even belong to them...or at least that's the impression I got when I asked Brett about it. After all the inconvenience, delays, and frustration, I honestly expected some type of discount or acknowledgment of the issues. Unfortunately, that never happened. I scheduled an appointment for 9-11am through customer service. My wife and I took time off work to be available, but no one showed up until 9:10. Then I was told there was a 9am appointment with someone else and mine wasn't until 11. Our experience with Superior View Window Fashions was completely seamless. Our experience with Kyle (owner), designer (Christine) and installer (David) could not have been better. They all spent the time we needed to assure we got exactly what we wanted. The window coverings (fabric blinds) in our home in Anaheim Hills came with the house when we bought it 8 years ago. We finally got around to replacing the ones in our master bedroom and bathroom with shutters. We worked with Christine on the basic design and went over all the options. We eventually chose white 3-inch shutters for 4 windows and a sliding glass door. One window has a doggy door so that had to be accommodated. Also, we knew the bathroom window was going to be a challenge (requiring a thin z-frame) due to the way our vanity counter and shower enclosure encroached on the window (very narrow margins). Christine came up with a design and a week or so later David (installer) came by to take exact measurements. He spent the time to work with us to determine exactly where everything should go (hinge sides, height of horizontal partitions, etc.). A few weeks later David returned with the completed shutters. He worked alone, carefully removing our old coverings and valances and installing the new shutters. He was done in a few hours. My wife and I could not be happier with the results! The new shutters really modernized the space. Highly recommend. read more

I would give negative upon negative stars if possible, for the experience, delays and inconveniences Superior View has cause me and my family. Brett is a bold face liar. He promises and promises but does not deliver. They will offer the moon and the stars but delivery subpar China junk!!! We were told time frames for products that were NOT met and were promised nothing was to come from China. Plantation Shutter after shutter...they all came from China! The product feels fake and looks it as well. PVC crap. We took Brett's advice which was the worst thing to do. Take my word for it. We started our order 6 months ago back in June right after our close of escrow. I had vetted a few other companies and thought that Superior View at the time had the reviews and pricing was fare but they now all look so fake and I would not give them an ounce of truth to any of their positive reviews. When there was a delay I had to call and hunt them down for an update. There was no call to me explaining what happened. It was also their mistake for missing an entire bedroom of shutters. This is what you can expect when dealing with Cousin Kyle and Brett. They do not fact check their measurements and don't fact check their orders. It is now December and we finally received our shutters they missed. They did not even offer to put up temporary shades for us. I ended up having to use wax paper to cover the windows for 6 whole months. To top the aggravation, we are already experiencing they are now chasing me send text, calls demanding their payment in full or they will start charging me interest. Again...this is what you can expect when dealing with too low life's like KYLE and BRETT cousin of each other who own and operate Superior View Window Fashions. Message to YELP. These people are SUPERIOR! From beginning to end, I have nothing but warm and fuzzies about this company. I'm not done yet, but I had them install three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, eating area, and kitchen shutters at two different times. These shutters make my home look AMAZING! I wish I had done this many years ago, but I couldn't afford it. Not only does it look amazing but they are also great insulators. I had vertical blinds and a couple different kind of blinds previously and although they look great from outside, I don't live outside. From the inside they are not attractive and they do not provide any insulation for old casement windows.i have windows that start on one wall and they connect to the other wall and now I have complete privacy and insulation. I don't want new windows so this was the best solution for my concerns. Superior has great customer service and guys, get ready...
